วิธีแก้ไข Windows 10 Update Error 0x8000ffff
แนะนำ: สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม
วิธีที่ 1: รัน CCleaner และ Malwarebytes
- ติดตั้ง CCleaner & Malwarebytes
- รัน Malwarebytes สแกนลบไฟล์อันตราย
- รัน CCleaner > Custom Clean
- แท็บ Windows > ติ๊ก Default > Analyze
- ยืนยันลบไฟล์ > Run Cleaner
- แท็บ Registry > ติ๊กตามแนะนำ > Scan for Issues > Fix Selected Issues
- ถาม Backup Registry > Yes > Fix All Selected Issues
- รีสตาร์ท
วิธีที่ 2: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK
- เปิด Command Prompt Admin
- รัน: sfc /scannow (ตรวจสอบ/ซ่อม System Files)
- รอเสร็จ
- รัน CHKDSK: Fix File System Errors with Check Disk Utility(CHKDSK)
- รอเสร็จ > รีบูท
วิธีที่ 3: ตรวจสอบ Date & Time ให้ถูกต้อง
- คลิก Date/Time บน Taskbar > Date and time settings
- Windows 10: ตั้ง Set Time Automatically = On
- อื่นๆ: แท็บ Internet Time > ติ๊ก Automatically synchronize with Internet time server
- Server: time.windows.com > Update > OK
ตั้ง Date/Time ถูกต้องควรช่วยแก้ Error 0x8007000d หรือ 0x8000ffff
วิธีที่ 4: Manual Update ด้วย Media Creation Tool
- ดาวน์โหลด Media Creation Tool
- คลิกขวา > Run as Administrator
- License > Accept
- "What do you want to do?" > Upgrade this PC now > Next
- เลือก Keep personal files and apps (หากไม่อยากลบข้อมูล)
- Install > รอเสร็จ
