แก้ไขปุ่ม Install หายไปใน Windows Store - วิธีแก้ไขครบถ้วน

สาเหตุหลักยังไม่ชัดเจน แต่มีหลายปัจจัย: Windows Firewall ปิด, ไมลแวร์, Date/Time ผิด, App Package บ้ำนัด Windows Store สำคัญสำหรับดาวน์โหลดแอป ไม่มีปุ่ม Install = โหลดอะไรไม่ได้ แต่แก้ไขได้ตามวิธีด้านล่าง

สิ่งที่ควรตรวจสอบก่อนเริ่ม

แนะนำ: สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม

วิธีที่ 1: เปิด Windows Firewall

  1. Windows Key + I > Control Panel
  2. คลิก System and Security > Windows Firewall
  3. แปนซ้าย > Turn Windows Firewall on or off
  4. เลือก Turn On Windows Firewall ทั้ง Private และ Public > Restart

  5. หายังไม่ได้ ให้ Enable ทั้งสองตัวเลือกกลับไป (ถ้ามี Internet จะ Sync อัตโนมัติ)

วิธีที่ 3: Clear Windows Store Cache

  1. Windows Key + R > Wsreset.exe Enter
  2. รอเสร็จ > รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 4: Re-register Store App

  1. เปิด Command Prompt as Administrator
  2. รัน PowerShell: 
    PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

    หรือ

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  3. ปิด CMD > รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 5: ตรวจสอบ Windows Update

  1. Windows Key + I > Update & Security
  2. เมนูซ้าย > Windows Update > Check for updates
  3. มีอัปเดตค้าง > Download & Install updates

วิธีที่ 6: รัน CCleaner และ Malwarebytes

  1. ติดตั้ง CCleaner & Malwarebytes
  2. รัน Malwarebytes สแกนลบไฟล์อันตราย
  3. CCleaner > Custom Clean > Windows Tab > Analyze > Run Cleaner
  4. Registry Tab > Scan for Issues > Fix Selected Issues > Yes Backup > Fix All > Restart

วิธีที่ 7: Perform Clean Boot

วิธีที่ 8: รัน Windows Update และ Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

  1. ค้นหา "troubleshooting" > Troubleshooting
  2. แปนซ้าย > View all > เลือก Windows Update > รัน Troubleshooter
  3. กลับ View all > เลือก Windows Store Apps > รัน Troubleshooter
  4. Restart > ลองติดตั้งแอปใหม่
