แก้ข้อผิดพลาดเปิดใช้งาน Windows 0x8007000D – คู่มือขั้นตอน

Fix Error Code 0x8007000D when trying to activate Windows: สาเหตุหลักคือ ไฟล์ Windows หายหรือเสียหาย ทำให้ Windows Update ไม่ดำเนินต่อได้ จึงเกิดข้อผิดพลาด ไม่สามารถติดตั้งอัปเดตใหม่ได้ รวมถึง Security updates ทำให้ระบบเสี่ยงต่อไวรัส มัลแวร์ และภัยคุกคาม

ตอนพยายาม Activate Windows หรือใช้คำสั่ง slsmgr -dlv หรือ slmgr -ato ใน cmd จะได้ข้อผิดพลาด:

The data is invalid.
Error code 8007000d.

ยังไม่ได้กล่าวว่า Error นี้อาจเกิดจาก System account ที่ควรมี Full Control permissions ที่ Registry path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root

หากสิทธิ์เหล่านี้ถูกเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ Root key หรือ subkey จะเจอ Error 0x8007000D มาแก้กันดีกว่า

วิธีที่ 1: ใช้ Microsoft Fixit

ถ้า Error 0x8007000D เกิดจาก Permission ของ Root key ถูกเปลี่ยน Fixit นี้จะแก้ได้แน่นอน

วิธีที่ 2: ลบไฟล์ทั้งหมดในโฟลเดอร์ Download ของ SoftwareDistribution

  1. Windows Key + R พิมพ์ %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\Download Enter
  2. Select All (Ctrl+A) ลบทั้งหมดในโฟลเดอร์ Download
  3. ยืนยันลบ ปิดทุกอย่าง
  4. ลบ Recycle bin ด้วย รีสตาร์ท
  5. ลอง Update Windows อีกครั้ง อาจ เริ่มดาวน์โหลดอัปเดตได้ปกติ

วิธีที่ 3: รัน System File Checker (SFC) และ Check Disk (CHKDSK)

  1. Windows Key + X คลิก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์ใน cmd Enter:
Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
  1. รอเสร็จ รีสตาร์ท
  2. รัน CHKDSK จาก Fix File System Errors with Check Disk Utility(CHKDSK)
  3. รอเสร็จ รีบูทอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 4: รัน CCleaner และ Malwarebytes

สแกนไวรัสเต็มรูปแบบ รัน CCleaner และ Malwarebytes Anti-malware

  1. ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง CCleaner & Malwarebytes
  2. Run Malwarebytes สแกนไฟล์อันตราย
  3. หาพบลบอัตโนมัติ
  4. รัน CCleaner ส่วน Cleaner แท็บ Windows ติ๊กตามแนะนำ
  5. กด Run Cleaner
  6. แท็บ Registry ติ๊กตามแนะนำ
  7. Scan for Issue สแกน แล้ว Fix Selected Issues
  8. ถาม backup registry ให้ Yes
  9. Fix All Selected Issues
  10. รีสตาร์ท อาจ Fix Error Code 0x8007000D หรือ 0x80072ee7 แล้ว

วิธีที่ 5: รัน DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management)

  1. Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่งใน cmd Enter:

Important: ตอนรัน DISM ต้องมี Windows Installation Media พร้อม

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess

Note: แทนที่ C:\RepairSource\Windows ด้วยตำแหน่ง Repair Source จริง

  1. Enter รอ 15-20 นาที
  2. หากคำสั่งไม่ได้ ลอง:
Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess
  1. DISM เสร็จ พิมพ์ sfc /scannow Enter
  2. รอ SFC เสร็จ รีสตาร์ท
