ต้องระบุสาเหตุเพื่อแก้ไขเร็วที่สุด ไม่งั้นคอมพิวเตอร์ทำงานไม่ราบรื่น

วิธีแก้ Error Code 0x8007000d

ก่อนเริ่ม ทำ Basic Troubleshooting:

Windows 11:

หรือ: Win+Q เปิด Troubleshooter ถ้าไม่มี ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้งจาก Link Microsoft หรือใช้ Built-in: Control Panel > System and Security > Update Troubleshooter > Fix problems with Windows Update > Advanced > Run as Administrator + Apply repairs automatically

วิธีที่ 3: รัน System File Checker (SFC)

ไฟล์ Windows Update เสียหาย > SFC ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย

  1. Win+X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รันคำสั่ง (Enter ทีละอัน):
sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows

รอจบ > Reboot > Check Error

วิธีที่ 4: รัน DISM (Deep Scan)

SFC ไม่เจอ > ใช้ DISM

  1. Win+X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รันคำสั่ง (Enter ทีละอัน):
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

รอจบสแกน > Check Windows Update

วิธีที่ 5: Reset Windows Update Components ผ่าน CMD

Refresh ระบบแก้ Error หลายอย่าง Windows Update ต้องรันหลาย Command Line ต้องทำระมัดระวัง (Copy-Paste ป้องกันผิด)

  1. CMD (Admin) ตามวิธีที่ 3
  2. Stop Services (Enter ทีละบรรทัด):
net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc
  1. ลบ qmgr*.dat: Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\ApplicationData\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat" > Enter
  2. ไป System32: cd /d %windir%\system32 > Enter (Re-register BITS/WU Files)

  1. Restart คอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 6: อัปเดตผ่าน Windows Update Assistant

ติดตั้งผ่าน Settings เจอ Error 0x8007000d > ใช้ Windows Update Assistant เช็ค Compatibility ทันที

  1. ดาวน์โหลด Windows 10 Update Assistant จาก Browser > เปิด
  2. เลือก Update now
  3. ดาวน์โหลด Update Files > Run > ติดตั้งตามหน้าจอ
  4. Restart PC > Error ควรหาย

วิธีที่ 7: ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง Update Packages ด้วยตนเอง

โหลด Package ล่าสุดจาก Windows Update Catalog ติดตั้ง Manual หาก Auto Update ผิดปกติ ต้องรู้ชื่อ Updates บ้าง ค้นหา "KB" ใน Search Box > ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง > Run จาก Downloads
