แก้ข้อผิดพลาด 'Unable to Update System Reserved Partition' – วิธีแก้ Windows Update แบบขั้นตอน

Fix We couldn't update the system reserved partition: ตอนอัปเดต/อัปเกรด Windows เวอร์ชันใหม่ มักเจอข้อผิดพลาดนี้ สาเหตุคือ พื้นที่ว่างไม่พอบน EFI System Reserved Partition บนฮาร์ดดิสก์ EFI System Partition (ESP) เป็นพาร์ติชันบนฮาร์ดดิสก์/SSD ที่ Windows ใช้ตามมาตรฐาน UEFI ตอนบูท UEFI firmware โหลด OS ที่ติดตั้งบน ESP และยูทิลิตี้อื่นๆ

วิธีง่ายที่สุดคือ เพิ่มขนาด EFI System Reserved Partition ซึ่งเราจะสอนในบทความนี้

We couldn't update the system reserved partition [SOLVED]

ควรสร้าง Restore Point ก่อน

วิธีที่ 1: ใช้ MiniTool Partition Wizard

  1. ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง MiniTool Partition Wizard
  2. เลือก System Reserved Partition เลือกฟังก์ชัน Extend Partition
  3. เลือกพาร์ติชันที่จะจัดสรรพื้นที่จาก dropdown Take Free Space from ลากสไลเดอร์กำหนดขนาด OK
  4. จากหน้าหลักจะเห็น System Reserved Partition ใหญ่ขึ้น (ตัวอย่าง 350MB กลาย 7.31GB แต่จริงควรเพิ่มสูงสุด 1 GB) กด Apply บันทึก ต้อง Fix We couldn't update the system reserved partition หากไม่อยากใช้แอปภายนอก ลองวิธีถัดไป

วิธีที่ 2: ใช้ Command Prompt

ก่อนเริ่ม ตรวจสอบก่อนว่ามี GTP หรือ MBR partition:

  1. Windows Key + R พิมพ์ diskmgmt.msc Enter
  2. คลิกขวา Disk (เช่น Disk 0) Properties
  3. แท็บ Volumes ดู Partition style: Master Boot Record (MBR) หรือ GUID Partition Table (GPT)
  4. เลือกวิธีตาม Partition style
ก) หากเป็น GPT Partition
  1. Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: mountvol y: /s Enter (เพิ่ม Drive letter Y: เพื่อเข้าถึง System Partition)
  3. พิมพ์ taskkill /im explorer.exe /f Enter แล้ว explorer.exe Enter รีสตาร์ท Explorer ใน Admin mode
  4. Windows Key + E เปิด File Explorer พิมพ์ Y:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\ ใน Address bar
  5. Select โฟลเดอร์ภาษาทั้งหมดยกเว้น English ลบถาวร (เช่น en-US = US English, de-DE = German)
  6. ลบ Font ไฟล์ที่ไม่ใช้ที่ Y:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\Fonts
  7. รีบูท ถ้าเป็น GPT ขั้นตอนนี้ Fix We couldn't update the system reserved partition แน่นอน หากเป็น MBR ลองวิธีถัดไป
ข) หากเป็น MBR Partition

หมายเหตุ: ต้องมี USB Flash Drive (Format NTFS) พื้นที่ว่างอย่างน้อย 250MB

  1. Windows Key + R พิมพ์ diskmgmt.msc Enter
  2. เลือก Recovery Partition คลิกขวา Change Drive Letters and Paths
  3. เลือก Add พิมพ์ Y ให้ Drive letter OK
  4. Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  5. พิมพ์ใน cmd:
Y:
takeown /d y /r /f . (เว้นวรรคหลัง f และใส่จุด)
whoami (ได้ username สำหรับคำสั่งถัดไป)
icacls . /grant :F /t (ไม่เว้นวรรคระหว่าง username และ :F)
attrib -s -r -h Y:\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim

(ยังไม่ปิด cmd)

  1. เปิด File Explorer จด Drive letter ของ External drive (สมมติ F:)
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่งใน cmd ทีละบรรทัด Enter:
mkdir F:\Recovery\WindowsRE
xcopy Y:\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim F:\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim /h
C:\Windows\System32\Reagentc /SetREImage /Path F:\Recovery\WindowsRE /Target C:\Windows
del Y:\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim /F
  1. กลับ Disk Management คลิก Action menu Refresh
  2. ตรวจสอบขนาด System Reserved Partition เพิ่มขึ้นไหม ถ้าเพิ่มขึ้น ดำเนินต่อ
  3. ย้าย wim file กลับ Recovery Partition และ re-map ตำแหน่ง
  4. พิมพ์คำสั่ง Enter:
xcopy F:\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim Y:\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim /h
C:\Windows\System32\Reagentc /SetREImage /Path Y:\Recovery\WindowsRE /Target C:\Windows
  1. Disk Management คลิกขวา Recovery Partition Change Drive Letter and Paths เลือก Y: Remove
