  1. Win + I → Settings → Update & Security

วิธีที่ 2: Rollback ไดรเวอร์เว็บแคม

  1. Win + R → devmgmt.msc
  2. ขยาย Imaging devices หรือ Sound, video and game controllers

วิธีที่ 4: อัปเดตไดรเวอร์ด้วยตนเอง

ไปเว็บผู้ผลิตโน้ตบุ๊ค/คอมพิวเตอร์ → ดาวน์โหลดไดรเวอร์เว็บแคมล่าสุด → ติดตั้ง → รีสตาร์ท
