แก้ Video Playback Freezes Windows 10
สร้าง Restore Point ก่อน
วิธีที่ 1: สร้าง Administrator Account ใหม่
- Win + I → Accounts
- ซ้ายมือ Family & other people → Add someone else to this PC
- คลิก I don’t have this person’s sign-in information
- เลือก Add a user without a Microsoft account
- ตั้ง Username/Password → Next
- กลับหน้า Accounts → Change account type → เปลี่ยนเป็น Administrator
- Sign in ด้วย Account ใหม่ → ลบ Account เก่าที่มีปัญหา → สร้าง Account ใหม่อีกตัว
วิธีที่ 2: อัปเดต Display Drivers
- Win + R → devmgmt.msc Enter
- ขยาย Display adapters → คลิกขวา Nvidia → Enable
- คลิกขวา → Update Driver Software → Search automatically
- ถ้าไม่ได้: Browse my computer → Let me pick from list → เลือก Driver ที่เข้ากันได้ → Next → รีบูท
วิธีที่ 3: ติดตั้ง Graphics Drivers ใน Compatibility Mode
- ดาวน์โหลด Driver ล่าสุดจากเว็บผู้ผลิต
- คลิกขวา Setup → Properties → แท็บ Compatibility
- ติ๊ก Run this program in compatibility mode for → เลือก Windows รุ่นก่อนหน้า
- Double-click Setup ติดตั้ง → รีบูท
วิธีที่ 4: เปลี่ยน Audio Sample Rate
- คลิกขวา Volume icon → Playback Devices
- Double-click Speakers (default) → Properties
- แท็บ Advanced → Default Format: เลือก 24 bit, 96000 Hz (Studio Quality)
- Apply → OK → รีบูท
วิธีที่ 5: ปิด Battery ใน Device Manager ชั่วคราว
- Win + R → devmgmt.msc Enter
- ขยาย Batteries → คลิกขวา Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery → Disable device
- ทดสอบเล่นวิดีโอ ดูว่าปัญหาหายหรือไม่
- ถ้าหาย แสดงว่าแบตเตอรี่เสีย ควรเปลี่ยนใหม่
หมายเหตุ: ลองถอดแบตเตอรี่ ใช้แค่ AC adapter ดูว่าปัญหาหายหรือไม่
