แก้ Windows Media Player Media Library Corrupted Error: 3 วิธี

Fix Windows Media Player Media library is corrupted error: ฐานข้อมูล Library ของ WMP เสียหาย/เข้าถึงไม่ได้ ปกติ WMP กู้คืนได้เอง แต่ครั้งนี้เสียหายจนกู้ไม่ได้ ต้อง Rebuild database

แก้ Windows Media Player Media Library Corrupted

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อน

วิธีที่ 1: Rebuild Library Database

  1. Win + R → %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player Enter
  2. กด Ctrl + A เลือกทั้งหมด → Shift + Del ลบถาวร
  3. รีบูท → WMP จะ Rebuild database เอง

วิธีที่ 2: ลบ Database Cache Files

  1. Win + R → %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft Enter
  2. คลิกขวาโฟลเดอร์ Media Player → Delete
  3. Empty Recycle Bin → รีบูท → WMP Rebuild database

ถ้าลบไม่ได้ ขึ้น Current database cannot be deleted because it’s open in Windows Media Network Sharing Service:

  1. Win + R → services.msc Enter
  2. หา Windows Media Network Sharing Service → คลิกขวา Stop
  3. ทำวิธี 1 หรือ 2 → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 3: Clean Boot

ซอฟต์แวร์คนที่ 3 อาจขัดข้อง ทำ Clean Boot วินิจฉัยทีละขั้น
