ปลดบล็อกไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลดจากอินเทอร์เน็ตใน Windows 10 — ปิด Zone Identifier / Mark of the Web

ไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลดจากอินเทอร์เน็ตจะถูก Windows ทำเครื่องหมาย Zone Identifier (Mark of the Web) เป็น Alternate Data Stream (ADS) ทำให้ SmartScreen บล็อก/เตือน "The publisher could not be verified" ทุกครั้งที่เปิด สามารถปิดการทำเครื่องหมายนี้ได้

2 วิธีปิดการบล็อกไฟล์ดาวน์โหลด

เตรียม: สร้าง Restore Point

วิธีที่ 1: Registry Editor (รองรับทุก Edition)

1. Win + R → regedit → Enter
2. ไป: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachments
3. หากไม่มี Key Attachments → สร้าง New → Key
4. ใน Attachments → New → DWORD (32-bit) → ชื่อ SaveZoneInformation
5. Value: 1 = ปิดการทำเครื่องหมาย Zone Info (ไม่บล็อก) / ลบ DWORD นี้ = เปิดกลับ
6. OK → รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 2: Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) — เฉพาะ Pro/Enterprise/Education

1. Win + R → gpedit.msc → Enter
2. ไป: User Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Attachment Manager
3. คลิกสองครั้ง Do not preserve zone information in file attachments
4. Enabled = ปิด Zone Info (ไม่บล็อก) / Disabled/Not Configured = เปิด (บล็อก)
5. Apply → OK → รีสตาร์ท

⚠ คำเตือน: การปิด Zone Identifier ลดความปลอดภัย เพราะไฟล์มาจากอินเทอร์เน็ตจะรันได้โดยไม่มีการเตือน ใช้ด้วยความระมัดระวัง
