แก้ Windows 10 Black Screen with Cursor: ถ้าจอดำหลัง Startup เข้า Login Screen ไม่ได้ ไม่ต้องตกใจ วันนี้มาแก้กันครับ ปกติ Boot แล้วเจอ Login Screen แต่กรณีนี้: BIOS/Windows Logo แล้วจอดำเหลือแต่ Mouse Cursor
คลิกซ้าย/ขวาไม่ได้ เคลื่อนเมาส์ได้อย่างเดียว คีย์บอร์ดไม่ตอบสนอง Ctrl+Alt+Del, Ctrl+Shift+Esc ไม่ทำงาน ติดที่จอดำ ทำได้แค่ Force Shutdown
ไม่มีสาเหตุเดียว อาจมาจาก: Display Drivers เสีย/เก่า/ไม่เข้ากัน, Windows/System Files เสีย, Battery Residue Boot Safe Mode ก็ติด Loading Files แล้วจอดำเหมือนกัน มาแก้กันเลยครับ
แก้ Windows 10 Black Screen with Cursor
สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนครับ
ถ้า Login เข้า Windows ได้ ให้ลองวิธีเหล่านี้:
ต้อง Restart เข้า Safe Mode with Network ก่อน แล้วค่อยทำต่อ
วิธีที่ 1: Power Reset Laptop
ถอดแบตเตอรี่ ถอด USB ทุกตัว Power Cord กดปุ่ม Power ถึง 15 วินาที ต่อแบตเตอรี่ 充電 ลองดู
วิธีที่ 2: สลับ Display (Win + P)
- กด Win + P เปิด Project Menu
- จอดำมองไม่เห็น Menu ปกติครับ
- กด Up/Down Arrow หลายครั้ง > Enter
- ถ้ายังดำ ลองทำซ้ำหลายครั้ง
- หมายเหตุ: ถ้ามี Password กด Space พิมพ์ Password Enter ก่อน แล้วค่อยกด Win+P (ยากเพราะจอดำ ต้องลองหลายครั้ง)
วิธีที่ 3: Uninstall Graphics Card Drivers
- Safe Mode > Win + R > devmgmt.msc > Device Manager
- ขยาย Display Adapter > คลิกขวา Integrated Display Adapter > Uninstall
- ถ้ามี Dedicated GPU > คลิกขวา > Disable
- Device Manager Menu > Action > Scan for hardware changes
- Reboot
วิธีที่ 4: อัปเดต Graphics Card Drivers
Manual Update ผ่าน Device Manager:
- Win + R > devmgmt.msc > Device Manager
- ขยาย Display Adapters > คลิกขวา Graphics Card > Enable
- คลิกขวา > Update Driver > Search automatically
- ถ้าแก้ได้ดี ถ้าไม่ได้ ทำต่อ
- คลิกขวา > Update Driver > Browse my computer for driver software
- เลือก Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
- เลือก ไดรเวอร์ล่าสุด > Next > Reboot
ทำซ้ำสำหรับ Integrated Graphics (Intel) ด้วย
Auto Update จากเว็บ Manufacturer:
- Win + R > dxdiag Enter
- ดู Display Tab (มี 2 Tab: Integrated และ Nvidia) หา Graphics Card Model
- ไปเว็บ Nvidia Driver Download ใส่รายละเอียดที่ได้
- Search Download ติดตั้ง
วิธีที่ 5: ปิด Fast Startup
- Win + R > control > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options
- ซ้าย: Choose what the power buttons do
- คลิก Change settings that are currently unavailable
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก Turn on fast startup > Save changes
- Restart ทดสอบ
วิธีที่ 6: ปิด Integrated Graphics Card
- Device Manager > Display Adapters > คลิกขวา Intel HD Graphics > Disable
- Reboot
วิธีที่ 7: เปิดใช้งาน Built-in Administrator Account
Built-in Admin Account ปิดอยู่โดย Default มีสิทธิ์เต็ม ไม่ได้รับ UAC Prompt ต่างจาก User Admin Account ทั่วไป (Unelevated) Built-in คือ Elevated
วิธีที่ 8: อัปเดต BIOS
สำคัญ: อัปเดต BIOS เป็นงานเสี่ยง ผิดพลาดอาจทำลายระบบ ควรมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญดูแล
- เช็ค BIOS Version: Win + R > msinfo32 > System Information > บันทึก Manufacturer และ BIOS Version
- ไปเว็บ Manufacturer (เช่น Dell) ใส่ Serial Number หรือ Auto Detect
- ดาวน์โหลด BIOS Update ที่แนะนำ
- ห้ามปิดเครื่อง/ถอด Power ระหว่างอัปเดต จะ Reboot เอง จอดำสั้นๆ ปกติ
- รันไฟล์ Exe ที่โหลดมา
วิธีที่ 9: Reset PC
หมายเหตุ: เข้า Windows ไม่ได้ > Restart หลายครั้งจนเข้า Automatic Repair > Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Remove everything
- Win + I > Update & Security > Recovery
- Reset this PC > Get Started
- เลือก Keep my files
- อาจขอ Windows 10 Installation Media
หลัง Reset/Refresh เช็คว่า Black Screen แก้แล้วหรือยัง
วิธีที่ 10: Repair Install Windows 10
วิธีสุดท้าย ถ้าทุกอย่างล้มเหลว จะ Repair ปัญหาทั้งหมดโดยไม่ลบ User Data (In-place Upgrade) ตามคู่มือ Repair Install Windows 10
ถ้า Login เข้า Windows ไม่ได้ ให้ทำดังนี้:
วิธีที่ 1: Run Startup/Automatic Repair
- ใส่ Windows 10 Bootable DVD > Restart
- Press any key to boot from CD/DVD
- เลือกภาษา Next > Repair your computer (ซ้ายล่าง)
- Choose an option > Troubleshoot
- Troubleshoot > Advanced options
- Advanced options > Automatic Repair หรือ Startup Repair
- รอ Windows Automatic/Startup Repair เสร็จ > Restart

วิธีที่ 2: Run System Restore
- ใส่ Installation Media/Recovery Drive เลือกภาษา Next
- Repair your computer
- Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore > ตามขั้นตอน
- Restart
วิธีที่ 3: Run SFC และ CHKDSK
- เปิด CMD ผ่าน Installation Disk (วิธีข้างบน)
- พิมพ์:
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows chkdsk C: /f /r /x
หมายเหตุ: ใช้ Drive Letter ที่ Windows ติดอยู่ C: = Drive ที่ Check, /f = Fix Errors, /r = Scan Bad Sectors + Recovery, /x = Dismount ก่อน Check - Exit CMD Restart
วิธีที่ 4: Run DISM
- CMD ผ่าน Installation Disk พิมพ์:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- Enter รอ 15-20 นาที
- ถ้าไม่ได้ ลอง:
Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess
- Restart
วิธีที่ 5: Enable Low-Resolution Video
- ถอด External Devices/CD/DVD ทั้งหมด Reboot
- กดค้าง F8 เข้า Advanced Boot Options (Windows 10 ดูคู่มือแยก)
- Restart Windows 10
- BIOS Setup Boot from CD/DVD
- ใส่ Windows 10 DVD Restart > Press any key
- เลือกภาษา Next > Repair your computer
- Choose an option > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt
- CMD พิมพ์ C: Enter
- พิมพ์: BCDEDIT /SET {DEFAULT} BOOTMENUPOLICY LEGACY Enter > Enable Legacy Boot Menu
- Close CMD > Choose an option > Continue Restart
- Eject DVD ได้ Boot Options
- Advanced Boot Options เลือก Enable low-resolution video (640×480) Enter
ถ้า Low-Resolution Mode ไม่มีปัญหา = ปัญหา Video/Display Drivers แก้ได้โดยโหลด Display Driver จากเว็บ Manufacturer ติดตั้งใน Safe Mode
