1. Settings (Windows + I) → Accounts → Family & other people
2. คลิก Add someone else to this PC → I don't have this person's sign-in information
3. เลือก Add a user without a Microsoft account
4. ตั้งชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน → Next
5. กลับไปที่ Accounts → คลิก Change account type → เปลี่ยนเป็น Administrator

Add-AppxPackage -Path "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy\Appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register
