แก้ Windows SmartScreen "Can't Be Reached" - วิธีแก้ด่วน

ข้อผิดพลาด "Windows SmartScreen can't be reached right now" เกิดจาก: อินเทอร์เน็ตไม่เสถียร, SmartScreen ถูกปิด, Proxy Server รบกวน, SmartScreen Down สำหรับบำรุงรักษา, หรือ Malware ปิดการทำงาน

วิธีแก้ Windows SmartScreen Can't Be Reached

วิธีที่ 1: ตรวจสอบว่า SmartScreen เปิดอยู่และตั้งค่าถูกต้อง

ผ่าน Group Policy:

  1. Win + R → gpedit.msc → Enter
  2. Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → File Explorer
  3. ดับเบิลคลิก Configure Windows Defender SmartScreen → Enabled → Apply → OK

ผ่าน Windows Security:

  1. Settings → Update & Security → Windows Security → Open Windows Security
  2. แท็บ App & browser control → Reputation-based protection settings
  3. เปิดทั้ง 3 ตัว: Check apps and files, SmartScreen for Microsoft Edge, Potentially unwanted app blocking
  4. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Proxy Server

  1. Settings → Network & Internet → Proxy
  2. เปิด Automatically detect settings
  3. ปิด Use a proxy server (Manual proxy setup)
  4. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 3: สร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้ใหม่

  1. Settings → Accounts → Family & other users → Add someone else to this PC
  2. คลิก "I don't have this person's sign-in information" → ใช้ Email/Phone หรือ Local account
  3. Sign out → เข้าบัญชีใหม่ → ทดสอบ SmartScreen
