วิธีแก้ไข 17 วิธี (เรียงจากง่ายไปยาก)
1. ถอดอุปกรณ์ USB/พริฟเฟอรัลทั้งหมด
ถอดเว็บแคม, พริ้นเตอร์, ดิสก์ภายนอก ทิ้งแค่เมาส์/คีย์บอร์ด
2. ตรวจสอบสเปคเครื่อง
Win + I → System → About (ดู CPU/RAM) → Display → Advanced display settings → Display adapter properties (ดู GPU) → Win + R → dxdiag (ดู DirectX)
3. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional troubleshooters → Windows Update
4. รีสตาร์ทบริการสำคัญ (Services)
Win + R → services.msc → หา Background Intelligent Transfer Service, Cryptographic Services, MSI Installer, Windows Update → ตั้ง Startup type = Automatic, Restart service
5. ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ (SFC / DISM)
Command Prompt (Admin) → รัน:
sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
6. ลบโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution
- Services → หยุด Windows Update
- ลบไฟล์ทั้งหมดใน
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStoreและDownload - เริ่ม Windows Update ใหม่
7. ปิดแอนตี้ไวรัสชั่วคราว
ปิดการป้องกันแบบเรียลไทม์ → อัปเดต → เปิดกลับทันที
8. เปลี่ยน DNS เป็น Google DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4)
Settings → Network & Internet → Change adapter options → Properties → IPv4 → Use DNS: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
9. ถอนอัปเดตล่าสุดที่อาจขัดข้อง

Settings → Update & Security → View update history → ดู KB number → ค้นหาใน Microsoft Update Catalog → ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง
14. อัปเดต BIOS
ดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บผู้ผลิตเมนบอร์ด/แล็ปท็อป → ติดตั้งตามคู่มือ (ระวัง: เสี่ยงถ้าทำผิด)
15. ใช้ Media Creation Tool
ดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บ Microsoft → รัน → Upgrade this PC now → ติดตามขั้นตอน
16. System Restore
คืนสู่ Restore Point ก่อนปัญหาเกิด
