InputMapper (HidGuardian) ให้ใช้คอนโทรลเลอร์ PS4/Xbox เล่นเกม PC แต่บางครั้ง error "Could not open DS4 exclusively" เกิดจาก Windows Update (Anniversary/Fall Creators), ดรายเวอร์ HidGuardian ผิด, หรือคอนโทรลเลอร์ Config ผิด
สาเหตุหลัก
- Windows Update ใหม่ (Anniversary/Fall Creators) ไม่รองรับ InputMapper
- HidGuardian driver config ผิด
- Controller config ผิด
Basic Troubleshooting
- ปิดโปรแกรมพื้นหลังทั้งหมด (Task Manager → End task)
- Allow InputMapper ผ่าน Firewall: Settings → Update & Security → Windows Security → Firewall → Allow an app → InputMapper
วิธีที่ 1: Uninstall Windows Update ล่าสุด
- Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → View update history
- Uninstall updates → เลือก Update ล่าสุด (Anniversary/Fall Creators) → Uninstall
- Restart PC
วิธีที่ 2: Re-enable Bluetooth HID Device
- Device Manager → Human Interface Devices → Bluetooth HID Device
- คลิกขวา → Disable device → Yes
- Action menu → Scan for hardware changes
- คลิกขวา → Enable device
วิธีที่ 3: Config HidGuardian Exclusive Mode (Registry)
- Device Manager → Bluetooth HID Device → Properties → Details → Hardware Ids → คัดลอกค่าแรก
- Notepad → วาง → เปลี่ยน
BTHENUM→HID→ คัดลอกทั้งหมด - Win + R →
regedit - ไปที่:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HidGuardian\Parameters\Affected Devices - Edit → วาง Hardware Id ที่แก้แล้ว → OK → Reboot
วิธีที่ 4: Config Controller Properties (Registry)
- Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Devices and Printers
- คลิกขวา Controller → Properties → Hardware tab → เลือก Bluetooth → Properties → Details → Hardware Ids → คัดลอก
- Notepad → เปลี่ยน
BTHENUM→HID - Registry Editor → Path เดียวกับวิธีที่ 3 → แก้ Affected Devices → Reboot
วิธีที่ 5: ติดตั้ง InputMapper ใหม่แบบ Custom
- ดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บทางการ → MORE INFO → Custom install
- InputMapper HidGuardian → Will be installed on local hard drive
- ติดตั้งครบ → เปิดโฟลเดอร์ติดตั้ง → รันทุก
.batแบบ Administrator - เก็บหน้าต่างเปิดไว้ → กด Run DS4 Exclusively
