Error 0x80D05001 เกิดหลัง Windows Update หรือตอน Microsoft Store ไม่อัปเดตได้ สาเหตุ: โปรเซสพื้นหลังรบกวน, วันที่/เวลาผิด, แคช Store เสีย, ไฟล์ระบบเสีย, Proxy/VPN, แอนตี้ไวรัส, Update components เสีย
20 วิธีแก้ไข (เรียงลำดับ)
1. รัน Troubleshooter
Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Windows Update และ Windows Store Apps ทั้งคู่
2. ปิดโปรเซสพื้นหลังทั้งหมด
Task Manager → End task ทุกอย่าง / Startup tab → Disable all
3. ซิงค์วันที่/เวลา/ภูมิภาค
Win + I → Time & Language → Date & time → Auto time/zone ON → Sync now → Region → United States (ชั่วคราว)
4. ลบแคช Store (wsreset.exe)
Win + R → wsreset.exe → Enter
5. ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ (SFC/DISM)
CMD Admin → sfc /scannow → DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
6. อัปเดต Windows ให้ล่าสุด
Settings → Update & Security → Check for updates
7. สแกนมัลแวร์
Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Scan options → Full scan
8. รีสตาร์ทบริการสำคัญ (Services)
Background Intelligent Transfer, Cryptographic, MSI Installer, Windows Update → Automatic + Restart
9. ปิด Proxy/VPN
Settings → Network & Internet → Proxy → Off / ปิด VPN app → ลอง Mobile Hotspot
10. ปิดแอนตี้ไวรัสชั่วคราว
ปิด Real-time → ทดสอบ Store → เปิดกลับ
11. ปิด Windows Defender Firewall (ไม่แนะนำ)
Control Panel → Firewall → Turn off (Private/Public) → เปิดกลับหลังเสร็จ
12. ใช้ Google DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4)
Adapter Properties → IPv4 → DNS manual
13. Reset Windows Update Components
CMD Admin → รันสคริปต์รีเซ็ต (ค้นหา "Reset Windows Update Components script")
14. แก้ Registry (Windows Update Path)
- regedit →
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate - หา WUServer และ WIStatusServer → Delete (ถ้ามี)
- Reboot
15. Reset Microsoft Store
Settings → Apps → Apps & features → Microsoft Store → Advanced options → Reset → Reboot
16. Re-register Microsoft Store (PowerShell)
PowerShell Admin → คำสั่ง Re-register (เหมือน Error 0x80072F05 วิธีที่ 18)
17. Reinstall Microsoft Store (PowerShell)
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers → หา Microsoft.WindowsStore → Remove-AppxPackage → Reboot → Add-AppxPackage register
18. สร้าง User Profile ใหม่
Settings → Accounts → Family & other users → Add local account
19. System Restore
คืนสู่ Restore Point ก่อนปัญหา
20. Reset PC (Keep files)
Settings → Update & Security → Recovery → Reset this PC → Keep my files
