แก้ WiFi 'Limited Access' และ No Internet บน Windows 10/8/7

WiFi Connected แต่ No Internet หรือ Limited Access เจอได้บน Windows ทุกเวอร์ชันหลังตั้งค่า Wireless Network Error "Limited Access" = เชื่อม Network ได้ แต่ไม่มี Internet

ปัญหา "Limited Access – No Internet" บน WiFi/LAN เกิดจากหลายสาเหตุ ลองขั้นตอนด้านล่าง

คู่มือแก้ปัญหาเมื่อเชื่อม Internet ผ่าน Wireless/LAN Adapter บน Windows 10, 8/8.1, 7:

วิธีแก้: LAN หรือ WiFi Connected แต่ No Internet Access

ขั้นตอน 1: รัน Network Troubleshooter

ขั้นตอน 2: Restart Router

ขั้นตอน 3: Disconnect และ Re-connect Network

ขั้นตอน 4: สแกน Virus

ขั้นตอน 5: Uninstall Antivirus/Security Apps

ขั้นตอน 6: Reset TCP/IP Protocol & WINSOCK Catalog

ขั้นตอน 7: Uninstall และ Reinstall Network Adapter

ขั้นตอน 8: ตรวจสอบ Required Network Services ว่า Running อยู่

ขั้นตอน 1: รัน Network Troubleshooter

ขั้นแรกแก้ "No Internet Access" รัน Network Troubleshooter:

1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Wi-Fi (หรือ LAN) Taskbar ขวาล่าง → Troubleshoot Problems

2. ทำตามหน้าจอ

ขั้นตอน 2: Restart Internet Router

1. Unplug Power Cord Router อย่างน้อย 30 วินาที
2. Plug กลับ → Restart คอมพิวเตอร์
3. เช็ค Internet

ขั้นตอน 3: Disconnect Wireless Network และ Re-connect

Disconnect Wireless Network แล้ว Connect ใหม่:

Forget Wireless Network on Windows 10 & 8.1

1. กดไอคอน Wireless System Tray → Network settings

2. ซ้าย: Wi-Fi → Manage known networks

3. เลือก Network ที่เชื่อมต่อ → Forget

Forget Wireless Network on Windows 7

1. กดไอคอน Wireless → Open Network and Sharing Center
2. ซ้าย: Manage Wireless Networks
3. เลือก Network ที่จะลบ → Remove
4. ยืนยัน Yes

ขั้นตอน 4: สแกน Virus

Virus/Malware ทำให้ Network/Internet ปัญหา ใช้ Malware Scan and Removal Guide เช็ค/ลบ Virus ก่อน Troubleshoot ต่อ

ขั้นตอน 5: Disable/Uninstall Antivirus/Security Suite

บาง Antivirus (Avast, AVG) ทำให้ Network Error หลัง Update Engine หรือ Windows Update ลอง Uninstall Security Program → ถ้า Internet กลับมาทำงาน → Reinstall Security กลับ

ขั้นตอน 6: Reset TCP/IP Protocol & WINSOCK Catalog

TCP/IP Corrupt → Limited Access ต้อง Reset ค่า Default

Reset TCP/IP อัตโนมัติ:

1. ดาวน์โหลดรัน Microsoft Fix จากหน้าที่กำหนด
2. Restart → Test Internet → ยังไม่ได้ → Reset Manual

Reset TCP/IP ด้วยตนเอง:

1. Command Prompt as Admin: Search "cmd" → คลิกขวา → Run as Administrator
2. พิมพ์: netsh int ip reset Enter
3. Restart → Test → ยังไม่ได้ → CMD Admin อีกครั้ง → netsh winsock reset catalog
4. Reboot → Test Internet

ขั้นตอน 7: Uninstall และ Reinstall Network Adapter

สำคัญ: ก่อน Uninstall → ดาวน์โหลด Driver จากเว็บ Manufacturer ไว้ก่อน (ถ้า Uninstall Wireless ให้ต่อ LAN สาย หรือใช้เครื่องอื่นโหลด Driver)

1. เปิด Device Manager: Win + R → devmgmt.msc Enter
2. Expand Network Adapters
3. คลิกขวา Wireless Adapter → Uninstall
4. OK ยืนยันลบ
5. คลิกขวา Computer Name (บนสุด) หรือ Action Menu → Scan for hardware changes
6. รอ Windows ติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่ *
   * Windows หา Driver ไม่เจอ → ดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บ Manufacturer
7. Restart

ขั้นตอน 8: ตรวจสอบ Required Network Services ว่า Running

ตรวจสอบ Services ต่อไปว่าทำงานอยู่:

1. COM+ Event System (WZC)
2. Diagnostic Policy Service
3. DHCP Client
4. DNS Client
5. Network Connections
6. Network Location Awareness
7. Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
8. Server
9. TCP/IP Netbios Helper
10. WLAN AutoConfig
11. Workstation

1. Win + R → services.msc Enter
2. หา Services ทั้ง 11 ตัว → ดู Status = Running
3. Service ไหนไม่ Run → คลิกขวา Properties → Startup Type = Automatic → OK
4. Restart

7. หลัง Restart → เช็ค Service Started → Test Internet
