แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดติดตั้ง Windows 10 Version 2004 (May 2020 Update): คู่มือฉบับสมบูรณ์

Windows 10 Version 2004 (May 2020 Update) อาจติดตั้งไม่สำเร็จ ให้ทำตามคู่มือนี้เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา Download/Install Fail, Freeze, Error Codes (0x80d02002, 0xC1900101, 0x80242016)

การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อน Troubleshoot (สำคัญ)

  1. พื้นที่ว่างอย่างน้อย 32 GB (ใช้ Disk Cleanup)
  2. ติดตั้ง Latest Servicing Stack Update (SSU) for Windows 10 1909
  3. ถอด External Storage ทั้งหมด (USB Drives, SD Cards, USB Peripherals ที่ไม่จำเป็น)
  4. ปิด/ถอนติดตั้ง Antivirus ภายนอก ชั่วคราว
  5. Disconnect VPN หรือ Uninstall VPN Services
  6. ปิด Windows Developer Mode: Settings → Update & Security → For developers → Sideload apps → Yes → Settings → Apps → Manage optional features → Windows Developer Mode → Uninstall → Restart
  7. ปิด Drive Encryption (BitLocker, VeraCrypt) บน Drive C:
  8. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter: Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Windows Update

วิธีแก้ไข

วิธีที่ 1: บังคับให้ Windows ดาวน์โหลด Update v2004 ใหม่ทั้งหมด

Step 1: ลบโฟลเดอร์ Windows Update

  1. Win + R → services.msc Enter
  2. หยุด Services: Cryptographic Services และ Windows Update
    หยุดไม่ได้: Properties → Startup Type = Disabled → OK → Restart → ดำเนินต่อ
  3. ปิด Services Window
  4. ไป C:\Windows ลบโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution และ C:\Windows\System32\catroot2
    ลบไม่ได้: Boot Safe Mode ลบ หรือหาก Disable Service ให้ตั้งค่า Auto กลับ
  5. Restart

Step 2: ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้ง Update ใหม่

  1. Start → Settings → Update & Security → Check for updates
  2. ปล่อยให้ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้งใหม่

วิธีที่ 2: อัปเกรดด้วย Windows Update Assistant

  1. ลบโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution (Step 1 วิธีที่ 1)
  2. ไป Windows 10 Download Site → Update now
  3. Run "Windows10Upgrade9252.exe" → Update Now → ตามขั้นตอน

วิธีที่ 3: ซ่อมแซม System Files ด้วย DISM และ SFC

  1. Command Prompt (Admin) → Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
  2. รอเสร็จ → SFC /SCANNOW
  3. Restart → ลอง Update ใหม่

วิธีที่ 4: In-place Upgrade Repair

หายังไม่ได้ ให้ทำ Windows 10 Repair-Upgrade จาก ISO/USB:

  • จาก ISO: Media Creation Tool → Download ISO → Disconnect Internet → Mount ISO → Run Setup.exe
  • จาก USB: Media Creation Tool → Create USB → Disconnect Internet → Boot/Run Setup.exe จาก USB
