แก้ "This is not a valid Office product key" ใช้งาน Office ไม่ได้

ซื้อ Office ใหม่ แต่ใส่ Product Key แล้ว Error: "This is not a valid Office product key, Verify that you have the correct key and retype it."

สาเหตุและวิธีแก้

1. ตรวจสอบตัวอักษร: 8 คล้าย B, 0 คล้าย O → คัดลอกจากอีเมลมาวางแทนพิมพ์เอง
2. ตรวจเวอร์ชัน: Key เก่า (Office 2010-) ไม่ทำงานกับ Office ใหม่
3. อย่าใช้ Windows Key: Key ติดใต้แลปท็อป/หลังเดสก์ท็อป = Windows Key ไม่ใช่ Office Key
4. Product Key Card: ซื้อที่ร้าน Active ที่เคาน์เตอร์ → ต้องเข้าเว็บบนการ์ดเพื่อรับ Key จริง
5. ตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์: Key Stand-alone (Visio, Project) ไม่ใช้กับ Office Suite ได้ ต้องตรงกัน
6. Volume License: VL Key ไม่ใช้กับ Retail Office ได้
7. ใช้ Activation Troubleshooter: เครื่องมือฟรีจาก Microsoft ช่วยหา/แก้ปัญหา Activation (Office 2019-, Office 365)
