แก้ Error "Something didn't go as planned" Windows 11 Update: วิธีเร็วที่สุด

Windows แสดงข้อความ "Something didn't go as planned. No need to worry—undoing changes." เมื่ออัปเดตระบบล้มเหลว สาเหตุ: ไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย, ซอฟต์แวร์ซ้อนทับกัน ฯลฯ

ปัญหา Windows Update นี้แก้ได้ง่าย รอคอมพิวเตอร์บูทเสร็จ แล้วทำขั้นตอน Troubleshooting ด้านล่าง

รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

ควรเป็นขั้นตอนแรก Troubleshooter วินิจฉัยและแก้ Error "Something didn't go as planned"

1. เปิด Settings > System > Troubleshoot

2. เลือก Other troubleshooters ในส่วน Options

3. กด Run ถัดจาก "Windows Update"

Microsoft แนะนำ Restart PC หลัง Troubleshooter เสร็จ

รัน Troubleshooter อีกครั้งหลัง Reboot เช็ค Error เพิ่มเติม ลองติดตั้งอัปเดตใหม่

รัน System File Checker (SFC)

SFC ซ่อมหรือกู้คืนไฟล์ระบบเสียหายที่รบกวน Windows Update ต่อ Internet แล้วทำตามขั้นตอน:

1. คลิกขวาโลโก้ Windows Taskbar > Terminal (Admin)

2. พิมพ์ sfc /scannow Enter

รอ 10-15 นาที หากได้ข้อความ "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them" ให้ติดตั้งอัปเดตใหม่

หาก "Windows Resource Protection doesn't find any integrity violations" = ไม่มีไฟล์เสีย ไปขั้นตอนต่อไป

Reset Windows Update Components

Windows Update Components = ไฟล์และบริการช่วย Detect, Download, Install อัปเดต รีเซ็ตด้วยตนเอง:

1. Start > ค้นหา cmd > Run as administrator (Command Prompt)

2. รันคำสั่งต่อเนื่องใน Command Prompt:

net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
net stop cryptsvc

คำสั่งหยุด Windows Update, BITS, Cryptographic Services

3. พิมพ์ cd /d %windir%\system32 Enter

4. รันคำสั่ง Re-register BITS และ Windows Update DLL ใน Registry:

5. พิมพ์ netsh winsock reset Enter

Reboot เมื่อเจอ "Successfully reset the Winsock Catalog" ลองติดตั้ง Windows Update ใหม่

Clear Windows Update Cache

ไฟล์ใน SoftwareDistribution ช่วยอัปเดต OS Windows ดาวน์โหลดจาก Server Microsoft อัตโนมัติ

Cache ใน SoftwareDistribution เสียหาย = Windows Update Error ลบ Cache หาก Error ยังคง

แนะนำหยุด Windows Update Service ก่อนลบ Cache

1. Win + R พิมพ์ services.msc OK

2. คลิกขวา Windows Update > Stop

3. Win + E เปิด File Explorer
4. วาง C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution ใน Navigation Pane Enter

5. ลบไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ทั้งหมดใน SoftwareDistribution (หรือย้ายไปที่อื่น)

6. Restart Windows Update Service: Services Manager > คลิกขวา Windows Update > Start

ติดตั้ง Update Package File ด้วยตนเอง (Manual Install)

Microsoft Update Catalog = ฐานข้อมูล Windows Updates ทั้งหมด หากติดตั้งผ่าน Settings ไม่ได้ ให้ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้งเอง

1. Settings > Windows Update > เช็คชื่ออัปเดต (ขึ้นต้น KB, บางครั้งในวงเล็บ)

2. ไป Microsoft Update Catalog website ค้นหาชื่ออัปเดต กด Search

ถ้ามี 2 เวอร์ชัน ดาวน์โหลดตัวที่ "Last Updated" ใหม่กว่า

3. กด Download Link บันทึกไฟล์ Package

4. ดับเบิลคลิกไฟล์ ติดตั้งตามหน้าจอ

อัปเดต Windows ใน Clean Boot State

Clean Boot = เริ่ม Windows โดยไม่โหลด Startup Programs/Drivers ที่ไม่จำเป็น สถานะวินิจฉัยคล้าย Safe Mode หยุดซอฟต์แวร์/บริการที่อาจ Conflict กับ Update

1. Start > พิมพ์ msconfig > Run as administrator (System Config)

2. แท็บ Services > ติ๊ก Hide all Microsoft services > Disable all

3. แท็บ Startup > Open Task Manager

หรือ Ctrl+Shift+Esc เปิด Task Manager เลือก "Startup apps" ด้านซ้าย

4. เช็คคอลัมน์ Status ปิดทุก Startup-enabled apps (คลิกขวา > Disable)

5. ปิด Task Manager > กลับ System Config > Startup tab > OK

6. Restart > เข้า Clean Boot > ติดตั้ง Windows Update ใหม่หลัง Reboot

Reset ออกจาก Clean Boot เมื่อติดตั้งสำเร็จ:

1. แท็บ General > Normal startup

2. แท็บ Services > ยกเลิก Hide all Microsoft services > Enable all

3. Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Enable apps ที่ปิดขั้นตอน 4

4. คลิกขวาแอป > Enable

5. ปิด Task Manager > OK ปิด System Config

6. Restart บันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง ออกจาก Clean Boot

Uninstall ซอฟต์แวร์ความปลอดภัย協力廠商

แอป Security 協力廠商 (Antivirus, Firewall, Anti-malware, Cleaner) อาจรบกวน Windows Update Uninstall แล้วติดตั้งอัปเดตใหม่

ผู้ใช้บางคนแก้ได้โดย Uninstall Malwarebytes (จาก Microsoft Community Forum)

ก่อน Uninstall: ต้องรู้วิธีติดตั้งกลับ มี Product Key และตรวจสอบความเข้ากันได้กับ Windows Update ใหม่

Reset Windows หากยังไม่ได้
