วิธีแก้ไข Error "Unexpected Store Exception" บน Windows 10

Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) ทำให้ใจสั่น แต่แก้ได้ หาก Error คือ "Unexpected Store Exception Error" ลองวิธีเหล่านี้

1. อัปเดต Windows 10 ให้ล่าสุด

อัปเดตแก้ปัญหา Software/Driver หลายอย่าง Settings > Update & Security > Check for updates > ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง

2. ลบ Temporary Files

ไฟล์ Temp อาจทำให้ Error Disk Cleanup > เลือก Drive C: > OK > ติ๊ก Temporary files, Temporary Internet files > OK ลบ

3. ปิด Fast Startup

Fast Startup ใช้ Hibernation อาจก่อให้เกิด Error Control Panel > Power Options > Change what the power buttons do > Change settings that are currently unavailable > ยกเลิกติ๊ก "Turn on fast startup" > Save changes

4. ตรวจสอบสุขภาพฮาร์ดดิสก์

Hardware issue ส่วนใหญ่จาก HDD ลองถอดเสียบใหม่ ให้แน่ใจว่าแน่น หากไม่หาย รัน System File Checker:

1. Win+R > cmd > Ctrl+Shift+Enter (Admin)
2. พิมพ์ sfc /scannow Enter
3. รอเสร็จ หาก "No integrity violations" = HDD ไม่ใช่สาเหตุ

5. เช็ก BIOS Configuration

BIOS = โปรแกรมเริ่มต้นระบบ หาก HDD ปกติ เช็ก BIOS: เข้า BIOS (ดู Manual เมนบอร์ด) ตรวจ SATA Mode = AHCI, Boot Device = Windows

หากไม่หาย อาจ Upgrade/Downgrade BIOS (ขั้นสูง อาจทำลายเครื่องถ้าผิด)

6. อัปเดต Display Drivers (ใน Safe Mode)

1. Win+I > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced startup > Restart now
2. Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart > กด 4 (Safe Mode) หรือ 5 (Safe Mode with Networking)
3. Safe Mode: Device Manager (devmgr) > Display adapters > คลิกขวา Driver > Uninstall device
4. Restart > Settings > Update & Security > Check for updates (ติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่)

ลองทุกวิธียังไม่หาย: ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว (อย่าลืมเปิดใหม่/มี Backup) หวังว่าจะแก้ได้
