แก้ Profile Picture ไม่แสดงใน Windows Settings

คุณเห็น Profile picture ใน Windows 11/10 Settings ไหม? หากไม่เห็น บทความนี้มีวิธีแก้ด่วน โดยทั่วไปรูปโปรไฟล์ Default ใน Microsoft Account จะแสดงในทุก Service: Outlook, MS Word, Windows Settings ฯลฯ

แก้ Profile Picture ไม่แสดงใน Windows Settings

ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้:

  1. Reboot PC
  2. เช็ค Windows Update ล่าสุด
  3. ลบรูปเก่าใน Account
  4. เช็ค Microsoft Account
  5. Sync Settings
  6. เช็คระบบด้วย SFC, DISM, ChkDsk
  7. สร้างรูปใหม่

1. Reboot PC

วิธีแรกสำหรับทุกปัญหาเล็กน้อย Reboot ช่วยลบ Temporary files/processes, Flush RAM, ปิด Background apps ปกติแก้ Bug ชั่วคราวได้

2. เช็ค Windows Update ล่าสุด

รายงานใน Microsoft Forum บาง Update ก่อให้เกิด Error หาก Update แบบ Mandatory ให้เก็บไว้ แต่ถ้า Optional ให้ Uninstall ลองดู หาก Mandatory ต้องเก็บ ให้เพิ่ม Profile picture ใน Microsoft Account ใหม่

3. ลบรูปเก่าใน Account

Win+R พิมพ์:

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures

ลบรูปทั้งหมดในโฟลเดอร์นี้ สร้างรูปใหม่ใน Windows Settings หากโฟลเดอร์ว่าง ให้ไปขั้นตอนถัดไป

4. เช็ค Microsoft Account

ตามที่กล่าว รูปใน Microsoft Account คือที่แสดงทุก Service เช็คว่า Sign in Account ถูกต้องไหม Sign out/in ใหม่ ดูว่ามี Profile picture ตั้งไว้หรือไม่

5. Sync Settings

รูปใน Microsoft Account ควร Sync มาทุก Service หากไม่เห็นใน Settings อาจเป็น Sync Issue เช็คว่า Sync เปิดอยู่ไหม: ค้น "Sync Your Settings" เปิด ดูว่า Sync settings ON ไหม ถ้า ON ให้ปิดแล้วเปิดใหม่ ทดสอบ

6. เช็คระบบด้วย SFC, DISM, ChkDsk

รัน Built-in tools 3 ตัว:

  • SFC: sfc /scannow ใน CMD
  • DISM: dism /online /cleanup-image /CheckHealth ใน CMD
  • ChkDsk: chkdsk /f /r /b ใน CMD

7. สร้างรูปใหม่

หากวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ ให้เพิ่มรูปใหม่ใน Microsoft Account จะแสดงทุก Service และ Settings แยกต่างหากก็สร้างใน Windows Settings ได้: Settings > Accounts > Your Info > Create Your Picture > Browse เลือกรูป
