วิธีแก้:

1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
2. รัน Media Creation Tool
3. ปิด VPN software

รายละเอียด:

1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter ตรวจสอบความผิดปกติของ Windows Updates และสถานะ services ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

เปิด Windows Settings (Win+I)

เลือก Updates & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters

เลือก Windows Updates Troubleshooter รัน

เสร็จแล้ว รีสตาร์ท ตรวจสอบ error

ยังสามารถรัน Windows Update Online Troubleshooter ได้

2. รัน Media Creation Tool

หาก Troubleshooter ไม่ได้ผล ใช้ Media Creation Tool

ไปหน้า Microsoft คลิก Download Tool Now ภายใต้ Create Windows 10 installation media

ไปโฟลเดอร์ดาวน์โหลด คลิกไฟล์ executable UAC prompt กด Yes

รัน Media Creation Tool เลือก Upgrade this PC now

ทำตามหน้าจอ จะเก็บไฟล์, แอป, settings ไว้

เสร็จแล้ว รีสตาร์ท ตรวจสอบ

3. ปิด VPN software

หากใช้ VPN อาจก่อให้เกิด error นี้ ปิด VPN รีบูท แล้วลองติดตั้ง Windows Update อีกครั้ง

4. Flush DNS cache

บางครั้ง network inconsistency ก่อให้เกิด error ให้ flush DNS cache ผ่าน CMD:

คลิก Start พิมพ์ command prompt

คลิกขวา Command Prompt เลือก Run as administrator

UAC prompt กด Yes

ใน CMD พิมพ์คำสั่งทีละบรรทัด Enter:

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

รันสำเร็จ รีสตาร์ท ตรวจสอบ

5. รัน DISM และ SFC tools

ปัญหานี้อาจมาจาก system file corruption รัน System File Checker แล้ว DISM tool ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ

เปิด elevated Command Prompt

พิมพ์คำสั่ง Enter:

sfc /scannow

รอสักครู่ สแกนเสร็จ รีสตาร์ท ใช้การเปลี่ยนแปลง

ต่อมา รัน DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ:

เปิด elevated CMD อีกครั้ง พิมพ์:

Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Enter ทีละคำสั่ง

รันเสร็จ รีบูท ตรวจสอบปัญหา

6. Reset Windows update component

หากวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ อาจเป็น bug ของ Windows Update ให้ reset Windows Update components ผ่านคำสั่ง จะ reset settings ทั้งหมดกลับค่าเริ่มต้น

รีสตาร์ทหลัง reset ตรวจสอบ
