1. Verify Connection
Wired: เช็คสาย Wireless: เช็ค Wi-Fi Network Driver ติดตั้ง/Update แล้ว
2. Enable File and Printer Sharing
Network and Sharing Center > Change advanced sharing settings > Turn on File and Printer Sharing
3. Restart Printer Spooler Service
Services.msc > Print Spooler > Stop > Start > OK
4. Restart Active Directory Domain Services
Services.msc > Active Directory Domain Services > Restart
5. Run Printer Troubleshooter
Win 10: Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Printer
Win 11: Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Printer
6. Take Full Control of Devices Key
