Microsoft มี Windows File and Folder Troubleshooter อีกตัวหนึ่งคือ Fix It หรือ Automated Troubleshooting Solution ที่วินิจฉัยและซ่อมแซมปัญหาไฟล์และโฟลเดอร์ใน Windows 11, Windows 10 และ Windows 8/7 อัตโนมัติ เช่น ลบไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์จาก recycle bin หรือพยายาม copy, move, rename, delete ไฟล์
Windows File and Folder Troubleshooter
Windows File and Folder Troubleshooter แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะ:
- ไม่สามารถว่าง Recycle Bin หรือลบไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ใน Recycle Bin ได้
- ตอน rename หรือ move ไฟล์ ได้ error: "The file or folder does not exist."
- ตอน copy, move, rename, delete ไฟล์บน network share ได้ error: "There is a network or file permission error. The network connection may be lost" หรือ "The folder does not exist. The file may have been moved or deleted. Do you want to create it?"
- View settings หรือ customizations สำหรับโฟลเดอร์หนึ่งหรือมากกว่าอาจหายหรือผิด
- ไม่สามารถใช้ keyboard shortcuts เลือกหลายไอเทมใน Windows Explorer ได้ หรือเลือกหลายไอเทมใน Explorer window ด้วยการกด SHIFT หรือ CTRL ค้างคลิกไม่ได้
- Icons บางตัวใน My Computer, Windows Explorer, desktop, หรือ Quick Launch Bar เปลี่ยนสุ่ม
ตอนรัน .exe ที่ดาวน์โหลดจาก Microsoft จะดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้ง Microsoft Automated Troubleshooting engine ก่อน
จากนั้นคุณปล่อยให้มันแก้ปัญหาที่พบทั้งหมดอัตโนมัติ หรือเลือกปัญหาที่อยากให้แก้อัตโนมัติ
หากเจอปัญหาไฟล์หรือโฟลเดอร์ ใช้ Troubleshooter นี้แก้อัตโนมัติ ดาวน์โหลดได้จาก Microsoft
