Stop Error Message เช่น Your PC ran into a problem that it couldn't handle, and now it needs to restart, you can search for the error online SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED (pci.sys) มักหมายถึง Bad Driver ทำให้ Windows Crash ในกรณีนี้คือ pci.sys แต่อาจเป็นไฟล์อย่าง atikmpag.sys, dxgmms2.sys, CMUSBDAC.sys, Idiagio.sys, iaisp64 sys, PCI.sys, Netwtw04.sys ฯลฯ athwb.sys, nvlddmkm.sys, win32k.sys, atikmdag.sys, aswsp.sys ฯลฯ
เคยดูวิธีแก้ System_Thread_Exception_Not_Handled (nviddmkm.sys หรือ atikmpag.sys) แล้ว ตอนนี้ดูกรณี pci.sys Driver File กรณีไฟล์อื่นทำคล้ายกันได้
SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED (pci.sys)
1. แทนที่ไฟล์ pci.sys
pci.sys เป็น Driver File อยู่ที่ C:\Windows\System32\drivers เป็นไฟล์ Microsoft OS เกี่ยวกับ NT Plug and Play Enumerator
ไฟล์นี้อาจเสียหาย ทำให้เกิด Blue Screens
ค้นหา Instance ของ pci.sys Driver File ใน System32 จะเจอที่ Location ข้างต้น และอาจมีอีกที่:
- C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\ หรือ
- C:\Windows\System32\DLLcache\
เช็ค Properties, Version Number, Size หากเหมือนกัน Copy ไฟล์นี้ไป C:\Windows\System32\drivers แทนที่ไฟล์ต้นฉบับ เช็คว่าช่วยได้ไหม
2. รัน System File Checker
ทางเลือกอื่น รัน System File Checker ระบุและแทนที่ Corrupt OS Files จบ Scan รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์
3. อัปเดต Graphics Driver
หายังไม่ได้ ลอง Update Graphics Driver ดู Intel ใช้ Intel Driver Update Utility AMD ใช้ AMD Driver AutoDetect
4. รัน Windows Blue Screen Troubleshooter
รัน Windows Blue Screen Troubleshooter จาก Microsoft
5. รัน Automatic Startup Repair
หา Stop Error ป้องกัน Windows Boot ให้รัน Automatic Startup Repair – ตัวเลือกที่ควรพิจารณา

6. เปลี่ยนชื่อ Faulty Driver ใน Safe Mode
หา Blue Screen เกิดตอน Startup ต้อง Boot Windows ใน Safe Mode Rename หรือ Delete Faulty Driver หาก Driver ใช้ใน System Startup Process ใน Safe Mode ต้อง Start ด้วย Recovery Console เข้าถึงไฟล์ สามารถ Clean Boot ดูว่าช่วย Troubleshoot Blue Screen ได้ไหม
