System Restore เป็นฟีเจอร์ดีใน Windows 10 ช่วยแก้ปัญหาโดยกู้คืนระบบไปยังจุดก่อนหน้า (snapshot) แต่ก็มีข้อผิดพลาดของตัวเอง หนึ่งในนั้นคือ 0x80070780 ซึ่งเจอตอนพยายามทำ System Restore บทความนี้เสนอวิธีแก้

System Restore failed to replace the file (0x80070780)
ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้ (ไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นลำดับ):
- ล้างโฟลเดอร์ Temp
- ปิดโปรแกรมความปลอดภัยชั่วคราว
- สร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้ใหม่
- ทำ Clean Boot แล้วค่อยทำ System Restore
1] ล้างโฟลเดอร์ Temp
กด Windows key + R พิมพ์ temp Enter กด CTRL + A เลือกทั้งหมด กด Delete หรือคลิกขวา Delete หากแจ้งไฟล์กำลังใช้งาน ให้กด Skip
แนะนำใช้ Disk Cleanup Tool ล้างไฟล์ขยะทั้งเครื่อง
2] ปิดโปรแกรมความปลอดภัยชั่วคราว
ปิด Antivirus/ Security software ชั่วคราว แล้วลอง System Restore ดู
3] สร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้ใหม่
จากข้อผิดพลาด Path ชี้ไปที่ User profile อาจเป็น User profile เสียหาย ให้สร้าง User ใหม่ ย้ายไฟล์ไปบัญชีใหม่
4] Clean Boot และทำ System Restore
Clean Boot เริ่ม Windows ด้วย Drivers และ Startup programs น้อยที่สุด ช่วยกำจัด Software conflicts (โดยเฉพาะ Microsoft Store apps) ในสถานะ Clean Boot ลอง System Restore อีกครั้ง
