แก้ Error 0x80070005 "Access Is Denied" ไม่สามารถเริ่ม Service ได้ใน Windows 11/10

พยายามเริ่ม Service (เช่น Windows Firewall, Block Level Backup Engine) ใน services.msc แล้วได้ Error 0x80070005 Access is Denied สาเหตุ: Permission ใน Registry ของ Service ผิดปกติ

วิธีแก้ไขผ่าน Registry Editor

1. กด Win + R พิมพ์ Regedt32.exe Enter
2. ไปที่: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wcncsvc
3. คลิกขวา Key wcncsvc > Permissions
4. เลือก Administrators > تิก Full Control > Apply > OK
5. ทำซ้ำกับ Users ให้มี Full Control เช่นกัน
6. ปิด Registry > Reboot

หลังจากนี้ควรเริ่ม Service ได้ปกติ
