ปัญหาเกิดหลักจากบริการที่จำเป็นไม่ได้ทำงานหรือตอบสนองไม่ถูกต้อง วิธีแก้:

1. รัน VSSADMIN tool
2. ตรวจสอบสถานะ Volume Shadow Copy Service
3. ตรวจสอบสถานะ Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider Service
4. ดำเนินการใน Clean Boot State

1] รัน VSSADMIN tool

Shadow copy provider ไว้ใจยาก ซอฟต์แวร์โคลนดิสก์, 備份 ฯลฯ อาจทำให้หยุดทำงาน

รันคำสั่งใน CMD เพื่อตรวจสอบ VSS providers ของบุคคลที่ 3:

vssadmin list providers

ถ้าพบ ต้องปิดใช้งาน

ถ้าไม่พบ ทำต่อ

2] ตรวจสอบสถานะ Volume Shadow Copy Service

กด Win+R เปิด 'Run' พิมพ์ 'services.msc' กด Enter

เลื่อนหา 'Volume Shadow Copy'

พบแล้ว ดับเบิลคลิก

ในกล่อง Properties ตั้ง Startup type เป็น 'Automatic (Delayed Start)' คลิก Start ค่าเริ่มต้นคือ Manual แต่เราตั้งเป็น Automatic (Delayed Start)

คลิก 'OK'

3] ตรวจสอบสถานะ Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider Service

ตั้งค่า Startup type ของ 'Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider' เป็น Automatic (Delayed Start) และ Start บริการ ค่าเริ่มต้น Manual แต่เราตั้งเป็น Automatic (Delayed Start)

ปิด Services แล้วลองอีกครั้ง

4] ดำเนินการใน Clean Boot State

อาจมีกระบวนการบุคคลที่ 3 รบกวน ทำ Clean Boot แล้วลองรันการทำงานที่ต้องการ
