1. เปลี่ยน internet connection
2. เช็คเวลา วันที่ time zone
3. Reset Windows Store
4. Run Windows Store App Troubleshooter
5. Sign out Microsoft account แล้ว sign in ใหม่
6. Perform System Restore

1] เปลี่ยน internet connection

วิธีพื้นฐานแต่อาจได้ผล ลองเช็ค internet หรือเปลี่ยน DNS ดู

2] เช็คเวลา วันที่ time zone

หลายแอปและบริการพึ่งพาเวลา ถ้าผิด server จะ reject request

• Settings > Time and Language
• ถ้าเป็น Automatic ปิด toggle แล้วตั้ง time zone เอง
• ถ้าเป็น Manual ลองตั้งเป็น Automatic แล้ว restart

3] Reset Windows Store

Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Microsoft Store > Advanced options > Reset

4] Run Windows Store App Troubleshooter

รัน built-in troubleshooter ดู

5] Sign out Microsoft account แล้ว sign in ใหม่

• ใน Microsoft Store คลิก profile icon มุมขวาบน
• คลิก Sign out
• ค้นหาแอปที่ต้องการดาวน์โหลด
• กด Get
• Sign in ใหม่ การติดตั้งควรเริ่มขึ้น

6] Perform System Restore

ถ้าไม่รู้ว่าอะไรเปลี่ยนไป จะ System Restore กลับไปจุดที่ Store ทำงานได้ (การเปลี่ยนแปลงหลัง restore point จะหาย)

• Win + R พิมพ์ rstrui Enter
• คลิก Next
• ติ๊ก Show more restore points
• เลือก restore point ก่อนเจอ error
• Next > Finish ยืนยัน

ครั้งต่อไปที่บูท สถานะเก่าจะกลับมา
