ถ้า Camera App ใน Windows 11/10 บันทึกภาพ/วิดีโอไม่ได้ โชว์ Error 0xA00F424F (0x80004005) หรือตอนใช้ Skype/Messenger ก็เกิด Error นี้ ข้อความ: "Something went wrong. Sorry, weren't able to save the photo. Error code 0xA00F424F (0x80004005)"
สาเหตุหลัก: Permission เขียนโฟลเดอร์ที่บันทึกรูป แก้ได้โดยเปลี่ยน Location หรือ Reset App
วิธีแก้ Error 0xA00F424F
1. เปลี่ยน Save Location
เปิด Camera App > Settings (ไอคอนเฟืองมุมขวาบน) > Related Settings > Change where photos and videos are saved > Yes (Switch App) > เปลี่ยน New photos and videos will be saved to: จาก C: ไป SD Card หรือ USB

2. ตรวจสอบ Camera Roll Folder Location
Explorer Address bar: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries > Right-click Camera Roll > Properties > Add Location > Set Default Save Location
3. Reset Camera App
- ไป My Pictures (C:\) ลบโฟลเดอร์ Camera Roll
- สร้างโฟลเดอร์ Camera Roll ใหม่
- Settings > System > Apps & features > Camera > Advanced Options > Reset
