แก้โปรแกรม/แอปบางตัวเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตไม่ได้ Windows 11/10

ถ้าแอป/โปรแกรมบางตัวต่อเน็ตไม่ได้ใน Windows 11/10 ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้:

5 วิธีแก้ไข

1. Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter - ดาวน์โหลดรัน ตาม Wizard แล้ว Reboot
2. Repair/Reset App ผ่าน Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Advanced options
3. ทำตามคำแนะนำ Microsoft: Update App, Sync License, Reinstall, Contact Publisher
4. Disable Proxy:
   1. IE/Edge > Gear Icon > Internet Options
   2. Connections Tab > LAN Settings
   3. Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN" > OK > Reboot
5. ตรวจสอบ Firewall - อนุญาตให้โปรแกรมติดต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต
