ตั้ง Status Message ใน Microsoft Teams: แจ้งสถานะให้เพื่อนร่วมงานทราบ

Status Message แจ้งว่ากำลังทำอะไร อยู่ที่ไหน ลดข้อความถาม "ทำอะไรอยู่" และเพิ่มความสร้างสรรค์

วิธีตั้งค่า

1. Profile Picture (มุมขวาบน) > Set status message
2. พิมพ์ข้อความ (Max 280 ตัวอักษร) สามารถ @mention เพื่อนร่วมงานได้
3. ✓ Show when people message me แสดงข้อความเมื่อมีคน DM หรือ @mention
4. ตั้ง Clear status message after: Default = End of day, หรือเลือกช่วงเวลา (30 min, 1 hr, 4 hr, Today, This week, Custom)
5. กด Done

แก้ไข/ลบ Status Message

Profile Picture > โฮเวอร์ Status ที่แสดง > Edit / Delete
