ลองใช้จริง
Office 365 App Launcher > Lists (Icon สีสันอุ่น) > New List
Templates สำเร็จรูป
- Issue Tracker: Grid Layout ระหว่าง Spreadsheet และ List App
- Asset Manager: Visual มาก มีรูปภาพ Color Chips
คลิก Use Template หรือสร้างจากศูนย์ (SharePoint-style Fields) หรือ Import Excel
ตั้งค่า List
Name, Description, Color, Icon > Open Empty List > New เพิ่ม Item (Form ตาม Fields) > Grid View (มุมซ้ายบน) แก้ไขแบบ Spreadsheet
Export & Alerts
- Export to Excel (Toolbar บนสุด)
- ⋮ > Alert Me > ตั้งค่า Email/SMS Alert เมื่อข้อมูลเปลี่ยน
Integration
Lists ผสาน Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams ใช้เป็น Central Repository ได้
