แก้ Laptop ค้างที่ 'Getting Windows Ready' – ขั้นตอนกู้คืนด่วน

Windows Update ติดตั้งง่าย Windows 10 ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง Background อัตโนมัติ Reboot → Apply Updates แต่บางครั้งผิดปกติ: Windows 10 ค้าง Getting Ready หลังติดตั้งอัปเดต หรือ Stuck Getting Windows Ready Don't Turn Off Your Computer ตอน Startup เข้า Desktop ไม่ได้เลย

Windows 10 Stuck Getting Windows Ready

เกิดจาก: Windows Update ติดตั้งไม่สมบูรณ์ หรือ Update Files เสียหายขณะ Download/Install Force Restart บางครั้งแก้ได้ แตบางเครื่องค้างซ้ำ หากค้างนาน (1-2 ชม.) ลองวิธีด้านล่าง

ระบบอาจกำลัง Download/Install Files หรือทำ Background Tasks → "Getting Windows Ready" รอให้เสร็จก่อน

แตถ้ารอ 1-2 ชม. ยังค้าง → ลอง:

• ปิดเครื่อง ถอดปลั๊กไฟ → รอ 20 วินาที
• Laptop: ถอดแบตเตอรี่ (ถ้าถอดได้)
• ตัดอินเทอร์เน็ต (ถอด LAN/ปิด WiFi)
• เสียบไฟใหม่ (ยังตัดเน็ต) → เปิดเครื่อง
• ดูว่า Setup เสร็จ เข้า Desktop ปกติได้ไหม

1. ทำ Windows 10 Startup Repair

ค้าง Getting Ready → เข้า Desktop ไม่ได้ → Startup Repair แก้ดีที่สุด ต้องมี Windows 10 Bootable USB/DVD (ไม่มี → สร้างตามลิงก์)

• เสียบ Installation Media → กด Power
• กด F8/F10 (ขึ้นกับระบบ) → Boot Menu
• เลือก Boot Option: USB/DVD

• หน้าจอติดตั้ง Windows → Skip หน้าแรก → Next → Repair your computer

• Restart → Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Repair

Startup Repair จะ Restart → Diagnostic Process วิเคราะห์ Settings, Configs, System Files โดยเฉพาะ:

1. Missing/Corrupt/Incompatible Drivers
2. Missing/Corrupt System Files
3. Missing/Corrupt Boot Configuration
4. Corrupt Registry Settings
5. Corrupt Disk Metadata (MBR, Partition Table, Boot Sector)
6. Problematic Update Installation

เสร็จ → Restart → เข้า Windows ปกติ ถ้า "Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC" → ขั้นตอนต่อไป

2. บูทเข้า Safe Mode

Startup Repair ไม่ได้ → ค้าง Getting Ready → ต้อง Safe Mode → Uninstall Recent Updates:

• Advanced Options → Startup Settings
• Restart → กด F4 (Safe Mode) หรือ F5 (Safe Mode with Networking)

3. ถอน Windows Updates ที่ติดตั้งล่าสุด

ใน Safe Mode:

• Control Panel → Programs → Programs and Features
• ซ้าย: View installed updates
• รายการ Updates ทั้งหมด → เลือก Updates ล่าสุดที่ทำให้ค้าง → Uninstall

Restart → ออกจาก Safe Mode → เช็ค Windows 10 เริ่มปกติได้ไหม

4. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

ยังค้าง → รัน Built-in Troubleshooter แก้อัตโนมัติ:

• Safe Mode → ค้นหา "troubleshoot" → Troubleshoot Settings
• Windows Update → Run the Troubleshooter
• Diagnose & Fix → เสร็จ → Restart → เช็ค

5. รีเซ็ต Windows Update Components

ยังไม่หาย → วิธีนี้มีผล:

• Services Console → Stop Windows Update Service
• ไป C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
• ลบไฟล์ทั้งหมดใน Download Folder (อย่าลบ Folder เอง)
• Win+A Select All → Delete
• Restart → Windows เริ่มปกติ ครั้งหน้าจะดาวน์โหลด Fresh Update Files

6. รัน System File Checker

ไฟล์ระบบเสีย → บูทไม่ได้ → SFC:

• CMD Admin → sfc /scannow → Enter
• Diagnose Corrupt/Missing Files → Auto Restore
• รอ 100% → Restart

ถ้า SFC แจ้ง "Unable to fix some" → รัน DISM: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth ซ่อม System Image ให้ SFC ทำงานได้

7. ทำ System Restore

ทุกวิธีล้มเหลว → System Restore

หมายเหตุ: ไฟล์ส่วนตัวไม่หาย แต่ Apps, Drivers, Updates หลัง Restore Point จะหาย

• Advanced Options → System Restore → ตามขั้นตอน
• เลือก Restore Point ใกล้ล่าสุด → Follow Wizard

หลัง Restore → Windows 10 ทำงานเรียบร้อยเหมือนเดิม
