แก้ 'Application Error: A Client-Side Exception Has Occurred' ใน Google Chrome

เจอ Error "Application error: A client-side exception has occurred" ตอนเปิดเว็บใน Google Chrome = เว็บเริ่มโหลด แต่ Code ของหน้าเว็บ Crash ระหว่างรันใน Browser

Error นี้มักมาจาก: Corrupted Cached Site Data, Broken Cookies, Extensions Conflicts, Chrome Outdated, หรือ Browser Settings ที่รบกวน JavaScript Load/Run บางกรณี: ปัญหาอยู่ที่เว็บเอง (Faulty/Incomplete/Incompatible Code)

เพราะอาจมาจาก Chrome หรือเว็บ เริ่มจาก Quick Browser-side Checks ก่อน → Confirm ว่าเฉพาะ Site นั้น

1. ลองเว็บใน Incognito Mode

ก่อนเปลี่ยน Settings Test เว็บใน Incognito Window เริ่ม Fresh Session Disable Extensions Default (เว้นแต่ Allow Manual) = วิธีเร็วสุดเช็คว่า: Cached Data, Cookies, Extension Conflict

  1. เปิด Google Chrome
  2. 3 จุดมุมขวาบน → New Incognito window
  3. เปิดเว็บที่ Error ใน Incognito
  4. ถ้าเว็บทำงานได้ → ปัญหา Extension/Cookies/Cached Data ใน Normal Session

2. Hard Refresh

บางครั้ง Fail เพราะ Chrome Reuse Outdated Website Files ไม่ Match Current Version Normal Refresh ยัง Reuse Cached Resources Hard Refresh = บังคับ Chrome Request Fresh Copies

  1. เปิดเว็บ Error ใน Chrome
  2. กด Ctrl + Shift + R
  3. หรือ Ctrl + F5 (ถ้ารองรับ)
  4. รอ Reload เสร็จ
  5. เช็ค Error ยังอยู่ไหม

3. อัปเดต Google Chrome

Chrome Outdated → Compatibility Problems กับเว็บสมัยใหม่ (New JS Features, Security Behavior, Rendering Changes) Update Chrome = Refresh Browser Components สำคัญที่อาจเป็นสาเหตุ

  1. เปิด Chrome
  2. 3 จุดมุมขวาบน → Help → About Google Chrome
  3. ให้ Chrome Check Update Auto
  4. มี Update → Install
  5. Restart Chrome หลัง Update เสร็จ

4. Clear Browsing Data

Chrome เก็บ Cached Files, Cookies, Site Data → Load Faster ครั้งต่อไป แต่ถ้า Data ชำรุด/Outdated → Chrome Reuse ตลอด → Fail Load Page Clear Data = บังคับ Download Fresh Files แทน Damaged/Outdated Local Data

  1. Chrome → 3 จุด → Settings
  2. Privacy and security
  3. Clear browsing data
  4. Time Range: All time
  5. Tick: Cached images and files + Cookies and other site data
  6. Clear data

Note: Clear Cookies = Sign Out หลายเว็บ จด Login Details ไว้ก่อน

5. Disable/Remove Extensions ที่เป็นปัญหา

Extensions: Block Content, Inject Scripts, Modify Page Elements, Filter Requests → Interfere Site Load ตัวอย่าง: Ad Blockers, Script Blockers, Privacy Tools, VPN Extensions, Page-enhancement Add-ons Extension เปลี่ยน Page อย่างที่เว็บไม่คาด → Front-end Code Fail → Client-side Exception

  1. Chrome → 3 จุด → Extensions → Manage extensions
  2. Disable All Extensions (Toggle)
  3. Reload เว็บ Error
  4. Error หาย → Enable ทีละตัว จน Error กลับมา
  5. Remove/Update/Disable Extension ที่เป็นสาเหตุ

6. Reset Google Chrome

Hidden Misconfiguration, Altered Settings, Profile+Extension Conflicts → Reset Chrome ช่วย Restore Main Settings Default + Disable Extensions ขั้นตอนดีเมื่อ Fix ง่ายๆ ไม่ได้ ไม่ลบ Bookmarks, History, Saved Passwords แต่ Reset: Startup Settings, New Tab Settings, Pinned Tabs, Search Engine Preferences

  1. Chrome → Settings
  2. Scroll ลง → Reset settings
  3. Restore settings to their original defaults
  4. Confirm Reset settings
  5. Restart Chrome

Browser-side Fixes ไม่ได้ และเว็บ Fail แค่ Page/Service เดียว → ปัญหาอยู่ที่เว็บ ทางออก: รอ Owner Fix หรือ Contact Support Team (ถ้ามี)
