Error “Uplay is unable to start your download” เกิดตอนติดตั้ง/อัปเดตเกม Ubisoft ป้องกันไม่ให้โหลดเกมได้
สาเหตุที่เป็นไปได้
- ปัญหา DNS → ใช้ Google DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) หรือ Flush DNS/Reset TCP/IP
- Compatibility/Permission → Run as Admin + Compatibility Mode Win 7
- Antivirus บล็อก → ปิด AV + Windows Defender ชั่วคราว
- โฟลเดอร์ติดตั้ง → เปลี่ยนโฟลเดอร์ หรือ Rename โฟลเดอร์เกมให้ Uplay สแกนใหม่
วิธีแก้ 10 วิธี
1. สลับเป็น Preview Version
Uplay → Settings → General → ✓ Try out Preview Versions → รีสตาร์ท Uplay
2. ใช้ Google DNS
Win+R →inetcpl.cpl → Network and Sharing Center → Change adapter settings → Properties → IPv4 → Use DNS: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
3. Flush DNS & Reset TCP/IP
CMD (Admin):ipconfig /flushdnsnetsh int ip reset
4. Reinstall Uplay
Win 10: Settings → Apps → Uninstall UplayWin เก่า: Control Panel → Uninstall a program
โหลดตัวใหม่จากเว็บ Ubisoft
5. Compatibility + Run as Admin
Uplay.exe → Properties → Compatibility → ✓ Run in Win 7 mode + ✓ Run as administrator
6. ลบโฟลเดอร์ Cache (AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft)
File Explorer → View → ✓ Hidden items → ลบโฟลเดอร์ Ubisoft ใน Roaming
7. ปิด Antivirus + Windows Defender
Settings → Update & Security → Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → ปิด Real-time protection
8. Rename โฟลเดอร์เกม (สำหรับอัปเดต)
Task Manager → End Uplay.exe → ไปโฟลเดอร์เกม (default:C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games) → Rename โฟลเดอร์เกม → เปิด Uplay โหลดใหม่ → Rename กลับชื่อเดิม → กด Download จะ recognize ไฟล์เก่า
9. Verify Game Files
Uplay → Games → Properties → Verify files
10. เปลี่ยน Download Directory
Uplay → Settings → Downloads → Change location (แนะนำดิสก์อื่น)
