RDP Error "An internal error has occurred" เกิดจาก RDP Settings, Group Policy Security, หรือ Domain Issue
สาเหตุ RDP Internal Error
- RDP Client Settings
- RDP Security Layer
- Domain Connection
ใช้ Administrator, ลองตามลำดับ
วิธีที่ 1: เปลี่ยน RDP Settings - Reconnect if Dropped
- เปิด Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc)
- Show Options → แท็บ Experience
- ติ๊ก Reconnect if the connection is dropped → Connect
วิธีที่ 2: Rejoin Domain
- Win + I → Accounts > Access work or school
- เลือก Domain → Disconnect → Yes → Restart
- Join Domain ใหม่ → ทดสอบ RDP
วิธีที่ 3: เปลี่ยน MTU Value (TCP Optimizer)
- ดาวน์โหลด TCP Optimizer → Run as Admin
- เลือก Custom → MTU = 1458 → Apply Changes
- ทดสอบ RDP
วิธีที่ 4: บังคับ RDP Security Layer (Group Policy)
- Win + R →
gpedit.msc→ Enter - ไป:
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Security - หา Require use of specific security layer for remote (RDP) connections → Enabled → Security Layer: RDP → Apply → OK
- Restart
วิธีที่ 5: ปิด Network Level Authentication (NLA)
- Desktop: คลิกขวา This PC → Properties → Remote Settings
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication
- Apply → OK
วิธีที่ 6: Restart Remote Desktop Service
- Win + R →
services.msc→ Enter - หา Remote Desktop Services → Restart
วิธีที่ 7: ปิด VPN/Proxy (Safe Mode + Internet Options)
- Win + R →
msconfig→ Boot > Safe Boot → OK → Restart - ใน Safe Mode: Win + R →
inetcpl.cpl→ Connections > LAN Settings - ยกเลิกติ๊ก Use a proxy server for your LAN → OK
msconfig→ ยกเลิก Safe Boot → Restart Normal
วิธีที่ 8: Local Security Policy - FIPS Compliant
- Win + R →
secpol.msc→ Enter - Local Policies > Security Options
- หา System cryptography: Use FIPS 140 compliant cryptographic algorithms... → Enabled → Apply → OK
วิธีที่ 9: Allow Remote Connections (Control Panel)
- Win + R →
control→ System and Security > System - ซ้าย: Advanced System Settings → แท็บ Remote
- ติ๊ก: Allow Remote Assistance Connections + Allow Remote Connections
- Apply → OK
วิธีที่ 10: เปลี่ยน Startup Type Remote Desktop Services = Automatic
services.msc→ Remote Desktop Services → Properties- Startup Type: Automatic → Apply → Restart
วิธีที่ 11: Enable Persistent Bitmap Caching
- เปิด Remote Desktop Connection → Show Options > Experience
- ติ๊ก Persistent Bitmap Caching → Connect
วิธีที่ 12: ปิด Static IP (ใช้ DHCP)
- Win + R →
ncpa.cpl→ Enter - คลิกขวา Adapter → Properties → Double-click IPv4
- ติ๊ก Obtain IP address automatically → OK
วิธีที่ 13: Reconfigure SonicWall VPN (ถ้าใช้)
- SonicWall → VPN > Settings > WAN > Configure > Client
- Virtual Adapter Settings > DHCP Lease
- ถ้าไม่ได้: VPN > DHCP over VPN → Delete Lease → Restart
วิธีที่ 14: Diagnose Connection (Ping + Telnet Port 3389)
- เครื่อง Target:
cmd→ipconfig→ จด Default Gateway (IP) - เครื่อง Client:
ping [Target IP]→ ถ้า Reply = Network OK telnet [Target IP] 3389→ หน้าจอดำ = Port 3389 เปิดอยู่
วิธีที่ 15: เปิด Port 3389 ใน Windows Firewall (Inbound + Outbound)
- Win + I → Update & Security > Windows Security > Firewall & Network Protection > Advanced Settings
- Inbound Rules > New Rule > Port > TCP > Specific Local Ports: 3389 > Allow > All Profiles > Name: RDP 3389 In
- ทำซ้ำ Outbound Rules เหมือนกัน
วิธีที่ 16: Turn Off UDP on Client (Registry / Group Policy / PowerShell)
Registry: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\Client → fClientDisableUDP = 1
Group Policy: Computer Config > Admin Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Connection Client > Turn off UDP on Client > Enabled
PowerShell (Admin): New-ItemProperty 'HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client' -Name UseURCP -PropertyType DWord -Value 0
Final Solution: Rollback Windows Version
หลายคนเจอหลัง Update Windows 1809 → Rollback กลับ Version ก่อนหน้า หรือรอ Update ใหม่ที่เสถียรกว่า
