วิธีที่ 2: แก้ไฟล์ SDAV.dll
ข้อผิดพลาดเกิดจากไฟล์ SDAV.dll เสียหาย บนระบบที่ใช้ Spybot – Search and Destroy โปรแกรมสปายแวร์นี้ใช้ BitDefender scan engine ไฟล์ SDAV.dll จำเป็นต่อการทำงานโดยไม่มี error
SDAV.dll เสียหายได้หลายสาเหตุ แทนที่ไฟล์เสียด้วยไฟล์ต้นฉบับ (ดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บ Spybot) จะแก้ได้
ขั้นตอนแก้ SDAV.dll ของ Spybot:
- เปิด File Explorer (Win+E) → ไป C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot – Search & Destroy 2 (Copy-paste address bar ได้)
- ค้นหาไฟล์ SDAV.dll

- ไป Download Spybot Missing Files (หรือ SDAV.dll Download) → ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ที่ต้องการ
- ดาวน์โหลดเสร็จ → คลิกลูกศรขึ้น Show in folder (หรือไปโฟลเดอร์ Downloads)
- คลิกขวา SDAV.dll ใหม่ → Copy
- กลับไปโฟลเดอร์ Spybot (ขั้นตอน 1) → คลิกขวาเว้นว่าง → Paste
- หากยังมี SDAV.dll เก่า → จะถาม Replace or Skip → คลิก Replace the file in the destination
วิธีที่ 3: ใช้ Reimage Repair (หรือโปรแกรมซ่อมแซมคล้ายกัน)
อีกวิธีแก้ไฟล์หาย/เสีย: ใช้ Third-party repair tools ซอฟต์แวร์เฉพาะทาง มีหลายตัว เช่น Restoro, CCleanner ฯลฯ ขั้นตอนคล้ายกัน ใช้ Reimage Repair ตัวอย่าง:
- ไปลิงก์ Reimage PC Repair Tool → Download Now (ขวา)
- รัน ReimageRepair.exe ติดตั้ง → Open app → Scan Now
- คลิก Repair All แก้ไฟล์เสียหายทั้งหมด
วิธีที่ 4: Reinstall BitDefender
หากยังไม่หายหลังรัน Patch และแก้ SDAV.dll → ต้อง Reinstall BitDefender กระบวนการเหมือนแอปทั่วไป
- Uninstall ตามปกติ (Control Panel → Programs & Features หรือ Settings → Apps → Apps & Features) → ลบโฟลเดอร์/ไฟล์ที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วยตนเอง
หรือง่ายกว่า: ไปหน้า Uninstall Bitdefender ดาวน์โหลด BitDefender Uninstall tool - รัน Uninstall tool ตามคำแนะนำ → กำจัดแอป
- Restart PC
- ไป Antivirus software – Bitdefender ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ติดตั้ง
- รันไฟล์ ติดตั้งตามขั้นตอน → BitDefender กลับมาอยู่ในเครื่อง
