ข้อผิดพลาด "Unable to connect to Proxy Server" เกิดเมื่อ Proxy Server ล้มเหลว หรือตั้งค่าผิดปกติ ปกติไม่ต้องใช้ Proxy เว้นแต่ตั้งใจจะ Surf แบบ Anonymous หากเปิดอยู่อาจเป็นเพราะโปรแกรมภายนอก/แอนติไวรัสตั้งค่าให้
วิธีแก้ไข
วิธีที่ 1: ตรวจสอบ Internet Properties (Internet Options)
- Win+R > inetcpl.cpl (Run as Administrator)
- แท็บ Connections > LAN settings
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก Use a proxy server for your LAN > OK > Apply > OK
- Reboot > Test
วิธีที่ 2: แก้ไขผ่าน Registry Editor
- Backup Registry ก่อน: File > Export
- Win+R > regedit
- ไปที่: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
- ลบค่าเหล่านี้ (ถ้ามี): ProxyEnable, ProxyServer, Migrate Proxy, Proxy Override
- Reboot > Test
