แก้ไข: "Failed to play test tone" Error บน Windows 7, 8, 10

  2. พิมพ์ sfc /scannow Enter รอสแกนเสร็จ (อย่าหยุด) > Reboot

  2. ซ้ายบน View installed updates > หา KB974571 > คลิก > Uninstall (อาจต้อง Restart)

วิธีที่ 5: ติดตั้ง Driver High Definition Audio Device

Driver นี้ทำงานได้ดี แก้ปหลายอย่าง รวมถึงนี้

  1. เปิด Device Manager (Win Key > Device Manager)
  2. ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers เลือก Audio Driver ปัจจุบัน > Action > Update Driver Software…
  3. Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
  4. เลือก High Definition Audio Device > Next > Yes (UAC) รอ Wizard เสร็จ > Reboot
  5. หาไม่เจอ ไปเว็บผู้ผลิต Sound Card โหลด Driver ล่าสุด

วิธีที่ 6: เพิ่ม Local Service ใน Local Users and Groups

ดูไม่เกี่ยวแต่งานได้กับหลายคน

  1. คลิกขวา This PC / My Computer > Manage
  2. ขวา System Tools > ดับเบิลคลิก Local Users and Groups > Groups
  3. คลิกขวา Administrators > Add to group…
  4. Add > Advanced > Find Now > ดับเบิลคลิก Local Service > OK จะเห็น NT Authority\Local Service > OK ปิด Computer Management > Reboot
