แก้ Windows 7 ดาวน์โหลดอัปเดตไม่ได้ (ค้างที่ 0%)

Windows 7 แม้เก่า แต่ผู้ใช้ยังเยอะ ปัญหาอัปเดตค้าง 0% เกิดบ่อย Microsoft ไม่ได้ดูแลมากแล้ว

ก่อนเริ่ม: ตรวจสอบอินเทอร์เน็ต ไม่ใช่ Metered connection, รอ 1-2 ชม. ดูโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution ใหญ่ขึ้นไหม, สร้าง System Restore Point

วิธีที่ 1: ติดตั้ง Prerequisites (IE11, .NET 4.6.1)

1. ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง .NET Framework 4.6.1 ล่าสุด
2. Control Panel > Turn Windows features on/off ตรวจสอบ .NET 4.6.1 เปิดอยู่ (หรือ Repair: ปิด-รีสตาร์ท-เปิด-รีสตาร์ท)
3. ติดตั้ง Internet Explorer 11 (32/64-bit ตามระบบ)

วิธีที่ 2: ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้งอัปเดตด้วยตนเอง

1. โหลด Servicing Stack Update ล่าสุด → ติดตั้งก่อน
2. โหลด July 2016 Rollup (KB3125574) → ติดตั้ง
3. ต้องปิด Windows Update Service ก่อนติดตั้ง (services.msc > Windows Update > Stop)
4. ถ้า Stop ไม่ได้: Properties > Log On > Browse > ใส่ชื่อคอมพิวเตอร์ > Check Names > ใส่รหัสผ่าน Admin
5. ตรวจ Windows Modules Installer = Automatic

วิธีที่ 3: ใช้ Microsoft FixIt Tool / Windows Update Troubleshooter

ดาวน์โหลด FixIt (ลิงก์ภายนอก) หรือรัน Troubleshooter ใน Settings

วิธีที่ 4: เปลี่ยน Permission โฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution

1. ไป

   C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

2. Properties > Security > Advanced > Change Owner > ใส่ยูเซอร์ของคุณ > Replace owner on subcontainers
3. เพิ่ม Permission: Full Control สำหรับยูเซอร์ของคุณ

วิธีที่ 5: อัปเดตใน Clean Boot

บูตเข้า Clean Boot (msconfig > Hide Microsoft services > Disable all > Startup Disable all) แล้วค่อยรัน Windows Update

วิธีที่ 6: ปิด Firewall ชั่วคราว

Control Panel > Windows Defender Firewall > Turn off (Private & Public) ลองอัปเดตดู

วิธีที่ 7: ติดตั้งอัปเดตสำคัญทีละตัว (Manual)

1. ตั้ง Windows Update = Never check for updates
2. ติดตั้งตามลำดับ: KB3020369 → KB3125574 → KB3138612 → KB3145739 → KB3212646 (January 2017 Rollup) – รีสตาร์ททุกตัว
3. คืนค่าเป็น Install updates automatically
