แก้ไข Facial Recognition ไม่ทำงานบน Windows Hello

Windows Hello ให้เข้าถึงอุปกรณ์/แอป/บริการออนไลน์/เครือข่ายได้ง่ายด้วย Face, Fingerprint, Iris, PIN แต่ผู้ใช้รายงานว่า Facial Recognition ไม่พร้อมใช้งาน สาเหตุ:

• Imaging/Biometric Device Drivers เก่าหรือหาย - Windows Hello ต้องการ Driver ที่เหมาะสม
• Windows 10 ไม่ได้อัปเดต - บางคนแก้ได้ด้วยการอัปเดต Windows ล่าสุด
• System Files เสียหาย - Corruption error ทำให้ Feature ไม่ทำงาน

1. ล้างโฟลเดอร์ NGC

NGC เก็บข้อมูล PIN Settings หากมีปัญหา PIN (รวมถึง Face Recognition) ให้ลบโฟลเดอร์นี้:

1. Windows + R พิมพ์ C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC OK
2. ลบไฟล์ทั้งหมดในโฟลเดอร์
3. Restart ตรวจสอบ

2. แก้ไข Windows Registry

Registry Setting เกี่ยวกับ Sign-in Options อาจบล็อก Face Recognition วิธีแก้ (Backup Registry ก่อน):

1. Windows + R พิมพ์ regedit Enter
2. ไปที่:

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Settings\AllowSignInOptions

3. ดับเบิลคลิก AllowSignInOptions ใส่ Value data = 1 > OK
4. Restart

3. Reset Facial Recognition

1. Settings (Windows + I) > Accounts (ซ้าย) > Sign-in options
2. เลือก Windows Hello Face > Remove
3. คลิก Get Started ตั้งค่าใหม่ตามขั้นตอน
4. Restart ตรวจสอบ

4. Reinstall Biometrics Driver

1. ค้นหา Device Manager > Open
2. ขยาย Biometric devices
3. คลิกขวา Windows Hello face software > Uninstall device
4. Restart (Windows จะติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่อัตโนมัติ)

5. Repair Upgrade (In-Place Upgrade)

หาทุกวิธีไม่ได้ผล ต้องทำ Repair Upgrade (ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ + ติดตั้ง Updates ล่าสุด) โอกาสแก้ปัญหาสูงสุด
