วิธีแก้ไข BSOD I01 Initialization Failure บน Windows 10

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) เป็นข้อผิดพลาดร้ายแรงที่สุด เกิดจากปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์ ไดรเวอร์ หรือซอฟต์แวร์ร้ายแรง หนึ่งใน BSOD ที่รายงานบ่อยคือ I01 Initialization Failure

ข้อผิดพลาดนี้อาจเกิดขณะเริ่มต้น PC, อัปเกรด OS, หรือทำงานปกติ ส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากการ Initialize ระบบ I/O ล้มเหลว หรือปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์ การเกิดซ้ำๆ อาจทำให้ระบบเสียหาย จึงต้องแก้ไขด่วน

ขั้นตอนตรวจสอบเบื้องต้น:

1. ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ: CMD (Admin) > DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth > sfc /scannow
2. ซ่อมฮาร์ดดิสก์: CMD (Admin) > chkdsk /r C: (และไดรฟ์อื่นๆ)
3. สแกนมัลแวร์: Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Quick Scan
4. อัปเดต Windows: Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates
5. อัปเดตไดรเวอร์: Device Manager > Display Adapters > Update Driver
6. ถอดอุปกรณ์ภายนอกทั้งหมด

วิธีแก้ไข 1: ใช้ BSOD Troubleshooter ในตัว Windows

Windows 10 มี Troubleshooter สำหรับ BSOD โดยเฉพาะ วิเคราะห์ระบบ Motherboard BIOS และ Firmware:

1. Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters
2. เลือก Blue Screen > Run the troubleshooter

หากใช้ Windows 1809 หรือใหม่กว่า ให้ใช้ Online BSOD Troubleshooter บนเว็บ Microsoft

วิธีแก้ไข 2: Rebuild MBR & BCD

Master Boot Record (MBR) และ Boot Configuration Data (BCD) สำคัญต่อการบูท การ Rebuild ช่วยแก้ BSOD:

1. Restart พร้อมกด Shift ค้างไว้ เพื่อเข้าสู่ Windows Startup Repair
2. เลือก Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt
3. รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด:

   bootrec /fixmbr
   bootrec /fixboot
   bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup
   attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s
   ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
   bootrec /rebuildbcd
   y
   exit

   
4. คลิก Continue รีสตาร์ท ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาหายไปหรือไม่

วิธีแก้ไข 3: Restore/Reset PC

มี 2 ส่วน: System Restore (ถ้ามี Restore Point) หรือ Reset PC (ติดตั้ง Windows ใหม่)

มี System Restore Point:

1. เข้าสู่ Startup Repair (Shift + Restart)
2. Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore
3. เลือก Microsoft Account ที่มี Restore Point
4. เลือก Keyboard Layout > Next
5. เลือก Latest System Restore Point > Next
6. Confirm > Yes รอเสร็จสิ้น
7. Close > Restart ปกติ

ไม่มี Restore Point (Reset PC):

1. Startup Repair > Troubleshoot > Reset this PC
2. เลือก Keep my files (เก็บข้อมูลส่วนตัว) หรือ Remove everything
3. เลือก Account ใส่รหัสผ่าน > Reset
4. รอจนเสร็จ อย่าปิดเครื่อง
