แก้ Error 0x80244010 Windows Update บน Windows 10/11 - คู่มือขั้นตอน

Windows Update 0x80244010 Error คืออะไร?

Windows Updates สำคัญต่อการ Update PC/Laptop แต่ Error 0x80244010 เกิดบ่อย ตามรายงาน เกิดหลังติดตั้ง WSUS Server ใหม่ใน Network มักไม่รับ/ติดตั้ง Updates ได้ พร้อม Error Code นี้

  • ปัญหา Conventional Update Methods: WU Component ทำงานอัตโนมัติไม่ได้ (ถูกบล็อก) > ใช้ System Update Readiness Tool ติดตั้ง Updates ที่ล้มเหลว
  • Disabled Detection Frequency Policy: WSUS Server จำกัด Requests เกิน Limit ไม่ติดตั้ง Update ได้ > ใช้ Local Group Policy Editor ให้ Access Automatic Update Detection Policy ตั้ง Global Update Interval
  • Corrupted System Files: Troubleshooter แก้ไม่ได้ = System File Corruption > Fix: Clean Install Refresh ทุก Components

วิธีแก้ Error 0x80244010 บน Windows 10/11

วิธีที่ 1: Restart คอมพิวเตอร์

Windows Updates สำคัญต่อ OS และ Security หากเจอ Error 0x80244010 อาจเพราะใช้ Windows เก่า พยายาม Upgrade

Restart > เข้า Safe Mode with Networking (Power User Menu) > พิมพ์ ms-settings:windowsupdate ใน Cortana > Scan for Updates > หวังว่าแก้ได้

วิธีที่ 2: รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

Error นี้ไม่ลึกลับ มักแก้ได้ด้วย Troubleshooter ช่วยซ่อมปัญหาติดตั้ง Update

  1. Settings > Apps & features
  2. Manage Optional Features > เปิด Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up your device after a Windows update or restart
  3. Start Menu > ค้นหา Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Tools
  4. เลือก Windows Update > Next > Scan Now > จะดาวน์โหลด Update ให้อัตโนมัติ

วิธีที่ 3: Reset Windows Update Components

WU Components อาจ Config ผิด ไม่ Sync Updates ได้ Reset เป็น Default:

  1. Uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials และ Antivirus ภายนอกทั้งหมด
  2. เปิด CMD (Admin): ค้นหา cmd > Enter หรือ Ctrl+Shift+Enter
  3. รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด (Enter ทีละอัน):
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset catalog
netsh int ipv6 reset catalog
netsh winsock set global mtu=9000 store=active

คำสั่งเหล่านี้จะคืนค่า WU Components เป็น Default

วิธีที่ 4: ใช้ System Update Readiness Tool

Windows เก่า ใช้ Tool นี้จาก Microsoft สแกนไฟล์ระบบ Missing/Damaged/Outdated ให้ Help ออนไลน์แก้ไข อาจแก้ปัญหา Update ที่ล้มเหลวจากไวรัส/การเสียหาย

  1. CMD (Admin): Start > cmd > คลิกขวา > Run as Administrator
  2. ใส่ Password > Allow
  3. รัน: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth > Enter

วิธีที่ 5: รัน System File Checker (SFC)

  1. Win+R > cmd > Enter > Run as Administrator
  2. พิมพ์ sfc /scannow > Enter > รอจบการสแกน
  3. Restart > จะมี Popup ยืนยัน No Errors หรือถาม Repair (อาจนานขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่)

วิธีที่ 6: Reset TCP/IP Settings

เปลี่ยน IP Address และ Default Gateway กลับเป็น Default ให้เชื่อม Server Microsoft ได้อีก

  1. Start > ค้นหา command > CMD
  2. ipconfig /release > Enter > รอ "Successfully released..." > ปิด
  3. เปิด CMD ใหม่ > ipconfig /renew > Enter > รอ "Successfully renewed DHCP lease" > ปิด
  4. Restart เมื่อระบบแจ้ง

วิธีที่ 7: ปิด Proxy Server ใน Internet Options

  1. Control Panel > Internet Options > แท็บ Connections
  2. กด LAN Settings > ยกเลิกติ๊ก Use a proxy server for your LAN > OK
  3. Restart > ลอง Update ใหม่

วิธีที่ 8: Uninstall/Reinstall Network Adapter Driver

บางคนแก้ได้ด้วยวิธีนี้

  1. Device Manager (Right-click This PC > Properties > Device Manager) > หา Network Adapter Driver
  2. คลิกขวา > Uninstall > Restart ถ้าถูกแจ้ง > รอ Boot กลับมาปกติ
  3. ถ้ายังไม่ได้: This PC > Properties > Advanced System Settings > Hardware Tab > Device Installation Settings
  4. เลือก No, let me choose what is best for my computer > หา Driver Ethernet ทั้งหมด > تیک > OK

วิธีที่ 9: ใช้ PC Repair Tool

ดาวน์โหลด PC Repair Tool แก้คอมพิวเตอร์อย่างมืออาชีพ Error มักจาก Third-party Apps/ไวรัสที่ถูกลบไม่หมด Tool สแกนทั้งเครื่อง ระบุไฟล์ติดเชื้อ ลบ + Optimize ประสิทธิภาพ

วิธีที่ 10: ปิด Firewall/Antivirus ระหว่าง Update

Firewall/Antivirus อาจ Interrupt การติดตั้ง > ปิดชั่วคราวระหว่าง Update > Restart > ควรแก้ Error เริ่มต้นด้วย Firewall/Antivirus > เปิด Protection กลับเมื่อ Update เสร็จ

ถ้ายัง Error Uninstall Antivirus/Firewall ทิ้งเลยก่อนดำเนินต่อ

วิธีที่ 11: Clean Install

Reinstall OS + Drivers แต่เก็บ Files, Apps, Settings ไว้ (Backup ก่อนเสมอ!)

  1. Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart Now
  2. Choose an option: Troubleshoot
  3. Advanced Options > Startup Settings
  4. กด 5 = Safe Mode > Enter
  5. ใน Safe Mode กด F8 > Boot to Command Prompt
  6. chkdsk > Enter > exit x2 > Enter
  7. Restart Now ปกติ

วิธีที่ 12: ล้าง Windows Update Temporary Cache

  1. Start > Disk Cleanup > คลิก Icon
  2. Select Yes ลบ Junk Files > ติ๊ก 3 กล่อง > OK
  3. ไป C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download > ลบโฟลเดอร์ Cache ทั้งหมด
  4. กลับ Disk Cleanup > เลือก Temporary Files and Cookies (ติ๊กแค่นี้) > OK
  5. Restart
