แก้ "Security Settings Block File Download" ใน Windows – ไม่สามารถดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ได้

Error "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded" เกิดจาก Internet Explorer Security Settings ที่บล็อกการดาวน์โหลดแม้จากเว็บไซต์น่าเชื่อถือ เช่น Microsoft, Norton หรืออาจเกิดจากซอฟต์แวร์ขัดแย้ง (Windows Defender vs Antivirus ภายนอก)

วิธีแก้ Security Settings Block File Download

สำคัญ: สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม

วิธีที่ 1: เปลี่ยน Internet Explorer Security Settings

1. Win + R > inetcpl.cpl > Enter
2. แท็บ Security > Custom level
3. เลื่อนหา Downloads section > ตั้งทั้งหมดเป็น Enabled
4. OK > รีบูท

วิธีที่ 2: Reset All Zones to Default

1. Win + R > inetcpl.cpl > Security tab
2. คลิก Reset all zones to default level
3. Apply > OK > รีบูท

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด Windows Defender หากมี Antivirus ภายนอก

1. Win + R > regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender
2. สร้าง/แก้ไข DWORD DisableAntiSpyware = 1
3. รีบูท

หมายเหตุ: ต้องมี Antivirus ตัวอื่นปกป้องระบบก่อนปิด Defender

วิธีที่ 4: Reset Internet Explorer

1. Win + R > inetcpl.cpl > Advanced tab
2. คลิก Reset > ติ๊ก Delete personal settings > Reset
3. รอเสร็จ รีบูท
