แก้ปัญหา Search Results ไม่สามารถคลิกได้ใน Windows 10

แก้ Search results not clickable in Windows 10: ผู้ใช้เจอปัญหาบางโปรแกรมใน Search Results คลิกไม่ได้ เช่น ค้นหา "cmd" ใน Start Menu Search แสดงผลแต่คลิกไม่ได้ มีแค่ Pin to Start ถ้าคลิกขวา Pin ไป Start Menu ก็ได้แค่ Blank Tile คลิกไม่ได้เหมือนกัน

บางโปรแกรมคลิกได้ บางโปรแกรมไม่ได้ บางครั้งเฉพาะ Windows Settings เช่น ค้นหา "WiFi" ไม่สามารถคลิก "Change Wi-Fi settings" ได้ แม้ใช้ Arrow Keys กด Enter ก็ไม่เปิดโปรแกรม/Settings

ไม่มีสาเหตุเดียว Indexing Options, Region & Language Settings, Cortana & Search Settings รวมกันก่อให้เกิดปัญหา บางคนเจอเพราะ Windows Files เสียหาย หรือ Local Account เสียหาย

หมายเหตุ: ปัญหานี้อาจชั่วคราว ลอง Restart ก่อน หายังคงอยู่ทำต่อ

วิธีแก้ Search Results Not Clickable in Windows 10

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเพื่อความปลอดภัย

วิธีที่ 1: รีสตาร์ท Windows Search Service

  1. Windows Key + R > services.msc Enter
  2. หา Windows Search service > Properties
  3. Startup type = Automatic หาไม่รัน > Run
  4. Apply > OK > Reboot

วิธีที่ 2: รัน Search and Indexing Troubleshooter

  1. Windows Key + X > Control Panel > Troubleshooting > View all
  2. รัน Troubleshooter for Search and Indexing
  3. Troubleshooter อาจแก้ได้

วิธีที่ 3: รัน Windows 10 Start Menu Troubleshooter

Microsoft ปล่อย Start Menu Troubleshooter อย่างเป็นทางการ

  1. ดาวน์โหลดและรัน Start Menu Troubleshooter
  2. ดับเบิลคลิกไฟล์ > Next
  3. ปล่อยให้หาและแก้ปัญหาอัตโนมัติ

วิธีที่ 4: Rebuild Windows Search Index

  1. Windows Key + X > Control Panel > ค้นหา "index" > Indexing Options
  2. หาไม่เจอ: View by Small icons > Indexing Option
  3. คลิก Advanced > แท็บ File Types > ติ๊ก Index Properties and File Contents
  4. OK > เปิด Advanced อีกครั้ง > แท็บ Index Settings > Rebuild
  5. รอ Indexing เสร็จ

วิธีที่ 5: เพิ่ม Paging File Size

  1. Windows Key + R > sysdm.cpl Enter
  2. แท็บ Advanced > Settings ใต้ Performance
  3. แท็บ Advanced อีกครั้ง > Change ใต้ Virtual memory
  4. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Automatically manage paging file size for all drives
  5. Custom size: Initial 1500-3000 Maximum 5000+
  6. Set > OK > Apply > OK > Reboot

วิธีที่ 6: Re-register Cortana

  1. ค้นหา Powershell > Run as Administrator
  2. หาไม่เจอ: Windows Key + R > C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0 > powershell.exe Run as Admin
  3. รันคำสั่ง: 
    Get-AppXPackage -Name Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  4. รอเสร็จ Reboot

วิธีที่ 7: Registry Fix

  1. Ctrl + Shift + Right-click Taskbar ว่าง > Exit Explorer
  2. Windows Key + R > regedit Enter
  3. ไปที่: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FolderTypes\{ef87b4cb-f2ce-4785-8658-4ca6c63e38c6}\TopViews\{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
  4. คลิกขวา {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} > Delete
  5. Task Manager > Run explorer.exe
  6. Reboot

วิธีที่ 8: ตั้งค่าภาษาให้ถูกต้อง (Set Correct Language Settings)

  1. Windows Key + I > Settings > Time & Language
  2. เมนูซ้าย Region & Language
  3. Under Languages ตั้งภาษาที่ต้องการเป็น Default หาไม่เจอ > Add Language
  4. ค้นหาภาษาที่ต้องการ > คลิกเพิ่ม
  5. คลิก Locale ใหม่ > Options
  6. ใต้ Download language pack, Handwriting, Speech > Download ทีละอย่าง
  7. ดาวน์โหลดเสร็จ กลับไปคลิกภาษานั้น > Set as Default
  8. Reboot
  9. กลับ Region & Language > ตรวจสอบ Country/Region ตรงกับ Windows Display Language
  10. Time & Language > Speech > เช็ค Speech Language ตรงกับ Region & Language
  11. ติ๊ก Recognize non-native accents for this language
  12. Reboot

ตั้งค่าข้างต้นส่วนใหญ่แก้ปัญหาได้ หายังค้างทำต่อ

วิธีที่ 9: รัน DISM ซ่อม Windows Files ที่เสียหาย

  1. เปิด CMD Admin
  2. รัน: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (รอ 15-20 นาที)
  3. ไม่ได้ลองคำสั่งสำรอง: 
    Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess
  4. Note: แทนที่ C:\RepairSource\Windows ด้วยตำแหน่ง Repair Source (Windows Installation/Recovery Disc)
  5. DISM เสร็จ รัน: sfc /scannow > Restart

วิธีที่ 10: สร้าง Administrator User Account ใหม่

  1. Settings > Accounts > Family & other people > Add someone else to this PC
  2. I don't have this person's sign-in information > Add a user without a Microsoft account
  3. ตั้ง username/password > Next
  4. กลับ Accounts > Change account type > เปลี่ยนเป็น Administrator
  5. Sign in Account ใหม่ ไปที่: C:\Users\Your_Old_User_Account\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy (แสดง hidden files)
  6. ลบ/ Rename โฟลเดอร์ Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy
  7. Reboot Sign in Account เก่า
  8. PowerShell รัน: 
    Add-AppxPackage -Path "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy\Appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register
  9. Restart เสร็จสิ้น

วิธีที่ 11: Repair Install Windows 10
