แก้ไขปัญหาแอป Mail, Calendar และ People ไม่ทำงานใน Windows 10

หากคุณเพิ่งอัปเกรดเป็น Windows 10 แอป Mail, Calendar และ People อาจไม่ทำงานหรือเสียหาย ไม่ว่าจะเปิด Mail และ Calendar จะได้รหัสข้อผิดพลาด 0x80040154 ส่วน People จะล้มเหลวทันที สรุปคือไม่สามารถเข้าถึงแอปเหล่านี้ได้จนกว่าจะแก้ไขปัญหาพื้นฐาน

ตาม Microsoft ปัญหานี้เกิดจากปัญหาใบอนุญาตกับ Windows Store มีวิธีแก้ไขด่วนดังนี้

แก้ไขปัญหาแอป Mail, Calendar และ People ไม่ทำงาน

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่มต้น เผื่อเกิดปัญหา

วิธีที่ 1: ติดตั้งใหม่แอป Mail, Calendar และ People

  1. พิมพ์ "powershell" ในช่องค้นหา Windows คลิกขวาที่ PowerShell เลือก Run as Administrator
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ใน PowerShell แล้วกด Enter: 
    Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
  3. เมื่อคำสั่งเสร็จ ให้เปิด Windows Store จาก Start Menu
  4. ติดตั้ง Mail, Calendar และ People apps ใหม่จาก Windows Store

วิธีที่ 2: รีเซ็ตแคช Windows Store

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ wsreset.exe แล้วกด Enter
  2. รอคำสั่งทำงานจนเสร็จ จะรีเซ็ตแคช Windows Store
  3. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อบันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง

วิธีที่ 3: เรียกใช้ Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

  1. ดาวน์โหลด Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter จากลิงก์ของ Microsoft
  2. ดับเบิลคลิกไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลดเพื่อรัน
  3. คลิก Advanced และติ๊ก Apply repair automatically
  4. ปล่อยให้ Troubleshooter รันและ Fix Windows Store Not Working
  5. พิมพ์ "troubleshooting" ในช่องค้นหา Control Panel คลิก Troubleshooting
  6. จากหน้าต่างด้านซ้ายเลือก View all
  7. จากรายการเลือก Windows Store Apps
  8. ทำตามคำแนะนำบนหน้าจอ
  9. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์และลองติดตั้งแอปจาก Windows Store ใหม่

วิธีที่ 4: ลงทะเบียน Windows Store ใหม่ (Re-register)

  1. ค้นหา Powershell ใน Windows Search คลิกขวา Windows PowerShell เลือก Run as administrator
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ใน PowerShell แล้วกด Enter: 
    Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  3. รอกระบวนการเสร็จ แล้วรีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีนี้ควร Fix Mail, Calendar, and People Apps not working หากยังไม่ได้ ลองวิธีถัดไป

วิธีที่ 5: ติดตั้งแอปบางตัวด้วยตนเอง (Manual Reinstall)
