วิธีแก้ข้อผิดพลาด 'Problem Sending the Command to the Program' ใน Excel

  1. เปิด Microsoft Excel คลิก Office ORB (หรือเมนู FILE) แล้วคลิก Excel Options

  3. เลื่อนลงส่วน General ส่วนล่าง ยกเลิกติ๊ก Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)

วิธีที่ 2: ปิดใช้งานตัวเลือก "Run as administrator"

วิธีที่ 5: ปิดใช้งาน Add-ins

  1. เปิดโปรแกรม Office ที่มีปัญหา (เช่น Excel) คลิก Office ORB แล้ว Options
  2. เมนูด้านซ้ายเลือก Add-Ins ที่ด้านล่าง จาก Manage dropdown เลือก COM Add-ins คลิก Go
  3. ล้างติ๊ก Add-ins ตัวใดตัวหนึ่งในรายการ คลิก OK
  4. รีสตาร์ท Excel หรือโปรแกรม Office ที่มีปัญหา ดูว่าปัญหาแก้ไขหรือไม่

วิธีที่ 6: ปิด Hardware Acceleration

  1. เปิดโปรแกรม Office ใดๆ คลิก Office ORB หรือ File tab เลือก Options
  2. เมนูด้านซ้ายเลือก Advanced เลื่อนลงส่วน Display
  3. ภายใต้ Display ยกเลิกติ๊ก Disable hardware graphics acceleration
  4. คลิก OK และรีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 7: แก้ไขผ่าน Registry

  1. กด Windows + R พิมพ์ regedit กด Enter เปิด Registry Editor
  2. ไปที่ Registry Key: 
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office
  3. ภายใต้ Office key จะพบ Subkey ชื่อ 10.0, 11.0, 12.0 ฯลญ ขึ้นกับเวอร์ชัน Microsoft Office ที่ติดตั้ง
  4. ขยาย Key นั้น จะเห็น Access, Excel, Groove, Outlook ฯลญ
  5. ขยาย Key ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโปรแกรมที่มีปัญหา จะพบ Data key เช่น: หาก Word มีปัญหา ให้ขยาย Word จะเห็น Data key อยู่ด้านล่าง
  6. คลิกขวา Data key เลือก Delete

วิธีที่ 8: ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว

  1. คลิกขวาที่ Antivirus Program icon บน System Tray เลือก Disable
  2. เลือกช่วงเวลาที่ Antivirus จะปิดอยู่ (เลือกเวลาน้อยที่สุด เช่น 15 หรือ 30 นาที)
  3. ลองเปิด Microsoft Excel อีกครั้ง ดูว่าข้อผิดพลาด stdole32.tlb หายหรือไม่
