แก้ "Can't Connect Securely to This Page" ใน Microsoft Edge

Microsoft Edge (Chromium) แทน Internet Explorer แต่ก็ยังมี Error หนึ่งคือ "Can't connect securely to this page" พร้อมข้อความ: "This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS protocol settings" เกิดหลัง Update 1809 พบใน Chrome/Firefox ด้วย

สาเหตุ: TLS Protocol Settings

TLS (Transport Layer Security) = โปรโตคอลเข้ารหัสสื่อสารกับเว็บ Error เกิดเมื่อ TLS ไม่ตรงกับ Server ของเว็บ (เว็บเก่าใช้ HTTPS เก่า) หรือ Display Mixed Content ปิดอยู่ (เว็บมีทั้ง HTTP/HTTPS)

7 วิธีแก้ไข

1. ล้าง Cache และ Cookies Edge (ง่ายที่สุด)

  1. Edge → 3 จุด (...) → Settings → Privacy and services
  2. Clear Browsing Data → Choose what to clear
  3. ติ๊ก Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files (เพิ่ม Browsing history ได้)
  4. Time Range: All Time → Clear now → Restart Edge

2. เปิด TLS Protocols (แก้จุดหลัก)

  1. Win + R → inetcpl.cpl → Internet Properties
  2. แท็บ Advanced → เลื่อนหา Use SSL / Use TLS
  3. ติ๊ก: Use TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2 (Default เปิดอยู่)
  4. ยกติ๊ก Use SSL 3.0 (ล้าสมัย ชนกับ TLS)
  5. Apply → OK → ทดสอบ Edge

3. เปิด Display Mixed Content

  1. inetcpl.cpl → Security Tab
  2. เลือก Internet (โลก) → Custom Level...
  3. เลื่อนหา Display mixed content (Miscellaneous) → Enable
  4. OK → Restart PC

4. ปิด Antivirus/Ad Blocker ชั่วคราว

Real-time Web Protection อาจบล็อกเว็บ → ปิด Antivirus ทดสอบ → ถ้าแก้ได้ เปลี่ยน Antivirus หรือปิดชั่วคราวเวลาเข้าเว็บนั้น
Edge Extensions: 3 จุด → Extensions → Toggle Off / Remove Ad Blockers

5. อัปเดต Network Drivers

  1. Win + R → devmgmt.msc
  2. Network Adapters → คลิกขวา Adapter ของคุณ → Update Driver → Search automatically

6. เปลี่ยน DNS เป็น Google DNS

  1. Win + R → ncpa.cpl → Network Connections
  2. คลิกขวา Active Network (WiFi/Ethernet) → Properties
  3. Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → Properties
  4. Use the following DNS: 8.8.8.8 (Preferred), 8.8.4.4 (Alternate)
  5. ติ๊ก Validate settings upon exit → OK

7. Reset Network Configuration (CMD Admin)

  1. ค้นหา CMD → Run as Administrator
  2. รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด: 
    netsh winsock reset
netsh int IP reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
  3. Restart PC

ลองทีละวิธี จนกว่าจะแก้ได้
