แก้ "Hmm, we can't reach this page" ใน Microsoft Edge

Edge โหลดเว็บไม่ได้ แสดง "Hmm, we can't reach this page" แต่อินเทอร์เน็ตทำงานปกติ (Chrome/Firefox ใช้ได้) ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้

วิธีแก้ไข 6 ขั้นตอน

  1. Clear Edge Cache: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files
  2. Enable IPv6: Network Adapter Properties → ติ๊ก IPv6 (บางครั้ง Update Windows ปิด IPv6 ไป)
  3. DNS Client Service: services.msc → DNS Client → Started + Automatic
  4. เปลี่ยน DNS เป็น Google/Cloudflare:
    • Google: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
    • Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1
  5. Reset TCP/IP: CMD/Admin → netsh int ip reset → Reboot
  6. Internet Connections Troubleshooter: Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Internet Connections
  7. Reset Edge: Settings → Reset settings → Restore settings to their default values

ลองตามลำดับ หนึ่งในนี้ควรแก้ปัญหาได้
